Grace Designs Dallas

Grace Designs applied a Modello design in stain to my hardwood floors and placed a 2" stain border around 3 rooms. She and her staff were extremely methodical in how they went about their work and took the time to ensure the results were of top notch quality. Guests, including my interior designer, have been very complimentary of the results. I would definitely recommend her.

Grace has painted furniture for me as well as faux finishing walls. Her work is top notch. She treats your home as if it is her own and it will be cleaner when she leaves than when she arrived. As a pet owner I always worry when someone is working in my home, but those worries were unfounded, Grace was always aware where my pets were and made sure no one tried to escape. You will have no worries hiring Grace, I am so confident and comfortable she has a key! I keep finding new projects for her.

Gracie was one of the three painters who I had invited to my place for their ideas and proposals. I found all three of them through HOUZZ. I am sooooooooooo glad that I decided to go with her. My guest bathroom is now completely transformed to a luxurious powder bath. I love her plaster work and the color she picked was a perfect one for the overall ambience I was looking for.

I contacted several designers in the Dallas area to give me a bid on doing a faux finish on a cabinet in our home office. Gracie was the most prompt in responding. She was not the least expensive bid that we had, but we were impressed with her professionalism and follow through. We hired her and could not be happier! Her work is beautiful! Truly outstanding! We have her scheduled to do more work in our home this spring.

Hired Grace Designs to paint and glaze new custom built cabinets for the dining room. Both cabinets were expertly custom & color finished like furniture from a factory, but better. Also, dining room and family room custom painted and glazed. Walls were finished to look like venation plaster. Work was done on time and the work site was cleaned at the end of each day. I will definitely use them again and refer them to others. Great experience. I tend to be a perfectionist and Grace Designs met my expectations and more. I highly recommend them.

I have learned a lot over the years about the people that buy and use our Italian lime plasters just by tracking what they purchase and how they purchase it. Grace has very specific taste and needs, and Kim, our colorist, enjoys the challenge of her special colors and specifications. Grace is not afraid to push the plasters to make them work for her, so her creative ability is what makes her stand out. I've been fortunate enough to visit her on job sites and found her outgoing fun personality easy to work with while at the same time being exceptionally professional and consciousnesses of her working environment. Last year I referred her to a sizable luxury residential project and the contractor and home owner had only great things to say about her role in making the project a success. I think that the words out; Grace Reed is the person for that special project or need in Dallas and beyond…specializing in using authentic "green" plasters and other decorative and creative products to make you or your designers/contractors look good.

My master bath is more beautiful than I ever imagined! Thanks to Gracie's expert work! She is very detailed in her design and work. When I first looked at her website I did not think I could afford her, but you get expert work and service for the price! She helped me with pulling everything together in the room with accents and finishing the vanity bench!

Gracie is an amazing person with a wonderful eye for detail, the Venetian Plaster that she applied to a new home I built for some very special clients, turned into a truly magnificent work of art. I finally located Gracie on Houzz, and it was the best find of the century! While building a home is inherently stressful for almost any homeowner, Gracie’s services were invaluable, and I am extremely pleased with the final result. Specifically, I would give Gracie top marks in the following areas: 1. Quality of Work Performed. The quality of work done was consistently top notch. Grace has done work in my last 2 homes. Her work is above and beyond what I have seen in any home. She creates a space that makes you feel like you have the most amazing home ever. She individually customizes each project making yours unique and personal to you. Each project she does astonishes me even more. She is not only talented but very pleasant to work with. She truly loves what she does and her kind spirit resonates that! I would recommend her to anyone, and of coarse I would (and do) use her again and again!

We used Grace to put her masterful touches to our master bath remodel. She listened to our 'end design wish list' and accomplished it beyond what we thought possible. She is a true artist and will make your hardest wishes come true. She takes her work seriously and goes way beyond expectations with her work. She put a furniture finish on our custom cabinets/vanities that is amazing with exquisite detailing. Grace finished our walls with a European detail with soft shadowing background with hand stencils. It is absolutely gorgeous! We even left town the last week of her work and she finished the job to perfection. If you want someone to make you happy, Grace is the person you want!

Gracie is one of the few true Venetian Plaster artists. I hired Gracie to do multiple authentic Venetian Plaster finishes in a large high end model home project in the DFW area. Her finishes are exquisite and she delivers a complete turnkey experience. From prep, to application, to clean up, her work is meticulous.
