Kil Architecture and Planning is dedicated to providing quality design services for our clients and our community. Since 1991, the firm has strived to provide design services that are sensitive to the client’s functional, aesthetic, and financial needs. Kil Architecture / Planning is a general practice design firm prepared to handle a wide variety of residential projects, from lakeside retreats, new urban infill, multi-family apartments and condos, to additions and remodeling to historic homes. We also provides architectural design for various commercial project types, from Park and Recreation work, Municipal and Institutional along with Ecclesiastical, Schools and Interior Build-outs. We also provide Urban Design and Planning consultation. We take an active approach to utilize new technology as a design tool. However, hand drawn sketches and plans remain very important to our process and to our clients throughout the development of the design. Our goal is to integrate the use of traditional techniques and modern technology in order to take advantage of the strengths inherent to each.
