G&S provided prompt, efficient and quality service. Through them I purchased a Liftmaster garage door opener (with a manufacturer lifetime warranty), and the make and model of the garage door as outlined in my homeowners association manual. They have many years of experience with installing garage doors and it showed in their timely and effective installation. The same person that quoted me the price came out to install the door - he also just happens to be one of the owners of the company (can you say direct vested interest in your project results, many years of experience and knowledgeable of his trade - absolutely yes!). I highly recommend them and strongly encourage anyone looking to replace their garage door to contact them to come to your home to meet with you and get a quote.

It was 4:00P and I was getting ready for my 7A flight tomorrow morning when my garage door broke closed with my car inside. I immediately called the company that installed the door and their phone was out of service. Finding G&S Garage Doors online, I called Steve, the owner, for help. He asked, "Tonight or Tomorrow morning?" He didn't even give me a chance to tell him I was in a bind. Steve arrived at 8:00P after working all day. He saw that my two springs broke, then searched his truck for two new ones. I was in luck, he had the parts, replacing both, then fine tuning the entire door. It purred when I opened it, smoother and quieter than ever. Moreover, he charged me the price of repairing only one spring instead two. Apparently, the additional part and labor was on the house. I didn't get much sleep that night, but I made my flight in the morning thanks to Steve, G&S Garage Doors.

G&S Garage were hired to give my garage doors (wooden) a tune-up and also had them replace all weather stripping, top, sides, and bottom. They also replaced all the rollers on both doors (two 16' garage doors). Will hire them again for sure when needed!

I made a contract with G&S GARAGE DOORS, INC to install a new garage Opener and a new door in my townhouse garage located at Sterling/Cascades, Virginia. G&S GARAGE DOORS personnel were knowledgeable, patience, reliable, paid attention to the details, always went the extra mile to provide the best service possible and the pricing was affordable. After the installation, they did the proper testing and formal adjustment to my new opener and new garage door according to standards and to my satisfaction. I feel highly pleased with the results, including the free Garage door trimming. It was a very educational and supporting experience and I do recommend and can trust this group of professionals. They really care about their customers, provide good guarantee, maintenance and make sure to deliver first class services as expected.

Only sold me what I needed. I didn't know the extent of repair I needed. Chris came first to show door options. He recommended Steve come out to look at the repairs but did not think I needed a new door. Steve came out, told us the minimum as well as recommended upgrades, gave us pricing, and time estimate. He even fixed a safety problem before leaving at his own suggestion. They delivered with no issues. Niether one tried to push products that were unnecessary.

Steve and Chris are a couple of the most straightforward, down to earth guys it has been my pleasure to know and to employ for service.. I hired them to repair my dented garage door by replacing only two panels which they did to my complete satisfaction.Although they gave me their best advice they did not try to force me into something I did not want or need and I respect them for that. The panels needed some modification as the garage door is old and its parts not easily available anymore but which they were able to do very well and left me thoroughly impressed with their ingenuity. I would happily hire them again anytime or recommend them to anybody else for garage door service.

They were right on time to the appointment, assessed the condition of our garage doors, gave options for repair or replacement. Wonderful to see that the tech actually recommended a cheaper tune up rather than a full blown overhaul which would have made him lots more money. The tuneup was done same day and what a difference it made! The doors are not any prettier but the neighbors won't fall out of their beds anymore either. What a great difference new, modern rollers can make. Greatly appreciate the swift work, fair price, and most of all - have a realistic recommendation without being up-sold! When it is time to replace the doors, I will call them again!!
