Hans Krug Fine European Cabinetry

While the product is lovely, we’ve never dealt with worse customer service. We designed, finalized and paid for our two kitchen, multi-bathroom plans over a year ago and it is still incomplete due to horrible communication and terrible efficiency from the sales representatives. Entire sections were missing, parts excluded, wrong products were ordered and measurements were done inaccurately even though accurate plans were provided. It’s been nearly impossible to get anyone from the company to help us; we are beyond frustrated by and disappointed with the service we’ve received, especially for such a high end, pricy product. This has been a horrible experience for us with Hans Krug and we feel others should be warned.

Their designs are very modern and made in Europe! The office is very beautiful and they use Miele appliances.

Hank Krug did my kitchen cabinets, matching full-length storage units in the living room, and two closets. It is all beautiful! The quality is at least as good as the more e pensive Italian kitchen companies.

We are truly delighted with the kitchen created by the Hans Krug team. It combines elegance , clean design and style with exceptional functionality( it is very much a working kitchen). While it is fully integrated with our open plan home, it attracts the eye of all of our visitors. Although our house is over 25 years old, it now conveys a modern, clean image. Hans Krug did my kitchen and closets. The design, execution and quality of work was incredible. His pricing compared to other similar high-end European cabinet companies was dramatically cheaper. Even my contractor who had not heard of this company and was a bit skeptical was blown away. I have also had many friends/visitors to my home ask for information about Hans Krug.

Hans Krug cabinetry are beautifully made, with a huge selection of finishes from high veneer glosses to warm woods. The interior of the draws are also beautiful, again with choices of glass/stainless steel fronts. The company really does give attention to detail i.e non-slip mats for the draws and adjustable inners for housing your cutlery and utensils, drawers within drawers utilizing space to the maximum. Open and under cabinetry with lighting. Soft closing. Computerized renderings will show you how your finished kitchen will look and if you want to take the stress out of looking for your electrical appliances Hans Krug will take care of that too as they have partnered with Miele who will install alongside the expert Hans Krug installers. Connie and Tony are absolutely wonderful. True professionals in their field. They will sit down and listen to your needs and design you a kitchen of your dreams. Any bumps along the way they will calmly sort out no matter what time of day it is! Everyone who walks into our kitchen goes "WOW" and "AMAZING". We didn't feel like we were typical clients, thus we needed a kitchen designer and manufacturer that could fulfill our needs and within our budget. Hans Krug not only delivered on both fronts, but it's not uncommon that when friends come over for the first time, the first thing they comment on is the kitchen and usually the response is "wow". We love to entertain and have guests join in the fun, so it was important to have a kitchen that was approachable to everyone. Hans Krug succeeded! It was also received honorable mention in the 2015 K+BB design award.

Completely changing the look and functionality of my office. The installation was just as professional as the showroom experience.. Their showroom offers a full line of cabinetry and appliances to view and experience. After measuring your space and assisting you with designing the ideal cabinet combination, a computerized rendering is produced showing exactly how the cabinets will appear in your space. After your cabinets arrive, Hans Krug recommends excellent installers who fit and adjust all the components into your space. If something is not right, they promptly correct the problem. We are so pleased that we found and chose Hans Krug, Tony and Conni and the rest of their staff. Their expertise and desire to make us happy took away the anxiety and apprehension of this major purchase. Our kitchen turned out better than we ever imagined.
