Family owned and operated, we’ve been one of Vancouver Island’s leading cabinetry manufacturers for over 30 years. All of our cabinetry is manufactured in our 40,000 sq ft warehouse, allowing us to streamline production and delivery times and exceed industry standards. We are a full-service manufacturer, providing design, delivery, and installation services for the products we sell. Our design service also includes a free consultation in our showroom with one of our designers – we work with you every step of the way to design your space with creativity, functionality, and appearance in mind. Our showroom displays the diverse range of products we offer, from wood to PVC to laminate, which can accommodate any budget. We also display a variety of other accessories that can add convenience with an edge to any space. Our Process: -Initial consultation including choosing materials, colours, and cabinetry design. -On-site measure and consultation. -Order is processed and configured to manufacturing shop specifications. -All necessary parts, materials, stains etc. are ordered. -Our production shop manufactures the order. -The finishing shop receives the order for paint or stain and inspection. -Cabinetry is delivered for installation. Showroom hours: Monday – Friday 8:30 to 5:00 Saturday - Closed due to COVID-19

Harbour City Kitchens installed our new kitchen this winter, and we are so happy with the function and beauty of our cabinets. They delivered exactly what we needed on schedule, and it all went together as planned. I took my layout ideas to Lauren, who delayed her lunch to take me through their beautiful showroom and discuss options. She is so enthusiastic and professional, she made the daunting task of narrowing down the choices a pleasure. The installation done by Adam was very good; we had a hiccup because our farmhouse sink was expected to be installed by our plumber and the plumber said it needed more than a shelf for support, so we had to install adequate supports ourselves. Harbour City also coordinated with a local countertop company so that we could get the whole package ordered at the same time. We got the kitchen we wanted for a good price, so I recommend this company.

We are professional builders and have used HCKs for many years. The rep we used on the last house was Nikki Bhalla and she was great at getting back to us promptly and dealing with any issues we may have had. It did take a while to get some of the final cabinets installed but the Victoria housing market is extremely busy so this is understandable. Overall we are pleased with the service and quality of the cabinets and would recommend HCKs to others.

We had used Harbour City for a previous renovation done less than two years ago and were very happy with it so we decided to use them again. For the most part we were very happy with the design and the installation. The construction is where things fell apart. First off the island was built way too big. In the original design it was too big but this was caught and corrected but the manufacturing wasn't informed. Next, phone calls made to the installation lead were ignored. We called three times and left messages each time and nothing. We finally called the salesman and he got us our call back. Thirdly, there are paint drips on our cabinets. Too much paint applied and it ran and was not corrected.

Harbour City Kitchens is always my number one choice for kitchen cabinets, vanities, and custom closets. They've even done custom entertainment units for media room renovations I've done. As a renovations contractor I make it my mission to work only with quality trades that I can trust and that have consistent results. This is Harbour City Kitchens to a tee, which is why I use them consistently.

Step One Design

Harbour City kitchens provides a quality product. It is a pleasure working with Antony Scott on a consistent basis. This company provides a custom product and I have yet to be told "no we can't accomplish that". They have the ability to provide a really decent product for fair pricing and are willing to work within budget constraints. We do not hesitate to recommend this company for millwork for any of our projects, whether affordable or outside of the box.

Everything from the initial design meetings to final install was perfect. Their input was essential for designing a kitchen that married function and beauty for our large family. Super knowledge and profession in all aspects. Kitchen install was on time, on budget, and all deficiencies addressed prior to completion. The quality of the cabinetry construction was top notch. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend HCK to anyone looking for a new kitchen/bathroom
