After meeting with several contractors, we hired Heritage Homes to complete our first floor gut renovation. We could not have made a better choice! From minute one we were treated as if it were their only project, which we know was not the case as they do many projects around our town. They were very mindful of our budget and succeeded to stay within our parameters. During renovations we got weekly updates as well as updates on the week ahead so we knew what to expect. Additionally, each employee gave creative, professional and knowledgeable feedback during the project to help create our dream renovation. Not to mention they completed the job on time!!! Highly recommend Heritage Homes if you are looking for honest hard-working professionals to do your next project. We are so happy with the outcome and plan to use them for our next renovation.

We hired Heritage Homes to complete an addition on our home, add a full, finished basement under the addition, install central air conditioning, gut and re-do the kitchen, gut and re-do the master bathroom, and install a new back deck. We are extremely pleased with the end result and the people at Heritage Homes were a pleasure to work with. The guys are consummate professionals, expert at their craft, and treated our project as if it were their own home. They were responsive to our concerns, came up with creative solutions to problems that arose, and managed the sub-contractors well.

From the beginning to the end of our project, the Heritage Homes team was fabulous to work with. They incorporated all of our ideas into the space and we couldn't be happier about how it came out. We always knew what the next step was and what was going to be done each day, which was so great on our end. Even after our project was over, we had them fix a bunch of odds and ends that needed work. They are all around good people! Professional, beautiful work, great communication are such important traits to have in a construction company and they have them. Great job all around....very professional the entire time and the result exceeded our expectations! We moved into a new house, but the basement was a mess...and we decided to turn it into an office. They completely redid the space and built a custom made desk into the wall...looks amazing!

Heritage Homes is amazing! I had a lot of work that I needed done, and a very tight timeline, and the team at Heritage worked tirelessly to get it all done for me, on time and on budget. Their work is great, and they are very conscientious about the quality, jumping to fix anything that isn't perfect. To me, one of the best aspects of the team is their communication. I was fully informed about what they were working on each day, and what the plan was to get everything accomplished. I will certainly be hiring them for additional work in the near future.

Tim, John and Kevin were very professional and respectful of my home and our project (and took care not to let out my two house cats!). We were gut renovating our sons' hallway bathroom. We couldn't be happier with the work that Heritage Homes did for us. We had originally hired them to change all the doors and hardware in the house, and ended up having them do multiple odd end jobs around the house, such as removing old appliances, installing stair runners and gutter work. They worked with us to ensure that the materials for the doors, and other services fell right in our budget. We worked directly with John, who was extremely honest, reliable, kept us informed of their daily progress and was always quick to respond. My husband and I work long hours, and knew we would be leaving our home in someone else's hands throughout the day, and so it was important to us that whoever working on the house would be someone we could trust, and we couldn't have been more pleased with our choice. In addition to the quality of service, the final result of the work exceeded our expectations. Heritage Homes will be our first choice for any future projects and renovations.

Heritage Homes is the builder of the home we purchased in Summit NJ. We didn't select them as the builder, rather purchased the property after they had already begun working on it. We couldn't have been happier with the team and the results. They made excellent design choices, selected high-end products for construction and executed the build with extreme care. We purchased the home while it was still being finished, but at the time still lived out of the area. John was incredible at keeping us updated on progress and would send me photos as often as I asked for them. Even on items that we had independent contractors coming in for (custom closets, window treatments, etc), John and his team took the time to be onsite to make sure everything went smoothly. And today, 6 months after moving in they are still around to help us with any thing we ask about. The entire Heritage Homes team is very responsive, thorough and wonderful to work with. I'm sure as the years go on we will want to make updates and changes to our home and I would 100% call Heritage Homes for the projects.
