Highly Recommended We contacted Heritage Kitchen in fall looking to update our main living space, with an emphasis on the kitchen. They arrived very quickly to take a look at the project and provide a quote. The designer and our main contact, Tina, was very polite and professional and designed a layout which was even superior to our original proposal. After comparing the 2 options, we moved forward with creating a peninsula instead of an island to maximize space but still have that modern touch (and a great spot for our daughter to eat). We made all our final decisions for materials with Tina which was very easy in their large showroom with private bookings. The quote provided was very detailed and transparent which we really appreciated and the final price was very fair for the quality of work and materials. The project started less than 5 months after we signed off on our contract, which was even sooner than anticipated. The project lead Spencer and his experienced colleague, Patrick, worked for about 7 weeks on the project putting in engineered hardwood, adding a new ceiling with pot lights and hanging lights, installing oak cabinets as well as putting in new ceramic tiles in the entrance and kitchen. They coordinated the installation of the countertop, sink, gas range and fridge with water line and took care of every other step to finish the whole floor minus any painting (which I was happy to do myself). Everything looks great as you can tell the team really prides themselves on the small details and overall flow of the home. I especially love that the flooring and tiles required no transition pieces. The team has great work ethic, working 8-4 pretty much each day on the site, ensuring the project was done in a timely manner. Everyone with Heritage Kitchen is very friendly and easy to work with, including contractors such as plumbers and electricians. They also were very quick and willing to make any small fixes/corrections that we spotted before the job was 100% complete. We had a little confusion over the final billing but this was clarified in a timely and satisfactory manner. Finding a local contractor for a large job is a really stressful experience and you always have to take a bit of a leap of faith working with a new company. We are very pleased we choose Heritage Kitchen, they are very polite and professional, transparent with the work and have a very talented staff which are highly detail-oriented. The end results really captured everything we had dreamed of when it was just an idea on paper. I truly believe they are one of the best residential contractors operating in the Brockville, Leeds and Greenville area, we absolutely recommend them without hesitation. Reviewed by Adam

Heritage Kitchens have just finish our kitchen renovation. We have nothing but high praises for them .Spencer was so highly organized! Different people seem to appear to start their part right on the appointed time, all of the contracted people were good and friendly . The plumber ,Joe, came on a Saturday. His work is top rate, , he did every thing we asked for and more. Spencer was here every morning at 8am and right to work and checking to make sure things were perfect. A complete kitchen renovation is stressful at the best of times but to have it coincide with the emergency orders in Ontario during the COVID 19 pandemic added an extra layer of stress for everyone. In spite of that the project was able to restart and progress methodically , albeit slower than originally planned in order to comply with all new regulations, until it’s completion . The transformation was everything I had hoped it would be and everything that was promised. Les and his team are nothing short of perfectionists and easy to work with. My little kitchen is stunning ❤️

Recently had our kitchen renovated by Heritage. From start to finish each and every individual that came in to our home were professional and knowledgeable about what needed to be done and carried it through. Les and staff were very professional and accommodating. Tough for his staff to completely renovate the main living floor with the occupants in the way. They went out of their way to make alternate kitchen, laundry, and other facilities available in other areas of the house, while work progressed. All work was completed in a professional manner, couldn’t be happier with the results. Work was completed by the date agreed upon. Would recommend Heritage kitchens to anyone.

We had Heritage Kitchen and Bath gut and replace our bathroom and kitchen. A full remodeling job. The designs were fantastic (we didn't change anything) and the material selection process was actually fun. From beginning to end, the team was extremely professional and highly respectful of the fact that we had to live in the house throughout the process. They made sure we had every convenience available and ensured the job site was tidy at the end of every day. The final product was beautiful, the quality was fist rate, and we enjoyed the entire experience from design to completion.

The project came in on time and on budget. We really enjoyed being able to see the design and floor plan with the computer assisted 3D drawings. We’d looked forward to a bathroom renovation for a long time. Finding the right contractor with the right design turned out to be very easy. Right from the get go, Les was eager to hear our ideas and he creatively brought them to life. We had so much fun during the planning stage as well as the implementation. The talented guys & gals that did the job were easy to have around, respectful and never left us with a mess at the end of the day. The end result is a showcase! Once we got the talent in the house, I hated to see them leave! So, next up was the kitchen. The job was a bigger and more painful renovation to live through but worth it all, tenfold. Because Les made sure to understand our family needs, the kitchen is not only beautiful but very functional. The attention to detail and commitment to the job exceeded my expectations….and I would consider myself very picky. The communication and status updates left us never wondering what was up It is a big responsibility to make a recommendation, not something I take lightly. Innovative, creative, & unbelievable artisanship - we are currently completing our third project - in 3 years - with the Heritage Kitchens' staff and one word to sum up their work is AWESOME. Their team listened to our project objectives and of course, "wish list," suggested innovative solutions, and then delivered with artisans who think beyond the box for creative solutions while on site. Heritage Kitchens certainly is not at the lower end of the cost spectrum - however, their professional work is inspiring and incredible. We definitely recommend the Heritage Kitchens' team and will certainly look to them for future work.
