Studio 321

Studio 321 has just completed the remodeling of our kitchen. It is a pleasure to work with the the owners, Dawn and Jeff Hartman. They are knowledgeable, talented and reliable. Our project began when Jeff came out to take measurements and present his ideas. Then we met with Dawn who helped us select sinks, faucet, hardware, materials and colors from the many in their showroom. The men who layed the porcelain tile floor, installed the sink and counter tops and glass backsplash showed up on time. They are so hard working, very experienced, and can solve any problems that arise immediately and with a great outcome. They are a pleasure to have in your home. I am building a new home and have been looking for tile for the past 5 months. I have looked at the big box stores, online of course, and never gave Studio 321 a shot. I was of the opinion that a smaller tile store wouldn't have enough options for me. I was wrong! As soon as I walked in, the owner Jeff greeted me and truly took an interest in me. He asked all the right questions to get an idea of the style of the home, our price range, etc. Jeff then proceeds to walk over and pulls this porcelain marble off the shelf. He brings it over and says "What do you think?" and he described the tile to me in detail. He then proceeded to put additional details with the tile and within 30 minutes of walking in the store, I had my tile picked out for my Master and Guest Showers! All I can say is anyone that is building or remodeling a home knows that picking out tile is probably the hardest part of the project. Big THANK YOU to Jeff and Dawn for making this process SO easy!

Studio 321 has an amazing selection and the owners are very knowledgeable about their products, installation as well as being helpful with design. They have products for every budget whether you are interested in something special to dress things up, or something more basic while working within a budget, they can help.

Studio 321 is more than a remodeling company. Most important to us was their decorating expertise. They were most helpful in selecting colors, materials and fixtures. And, they have extremely talented staff craftsmen in addition to outside professional sub-contractors. Studio 321 is a friendly, talented and professional remodeling company and it was a pleasure having them in charge of our projects.

As a designer, I cannot say enough kind words about Studio 321. They are the only tile/plumbing resource in our area that stocks the best and most current tile and plumbing products. Jeff and his staff are full of knowledge and creativity when it comes to making a vision come alive. They take my ideas and run with them, usually making them even better than I had ever dreamed. I use them both with clients and in my own personal projects. They are very professional and the best in the biz when it comes to space planning, design, and install.

Studio 321 and its owner is worthless, all the shiny showroom bling and the design talk falls through, when you decide to use Studio 321, all the promises written and verbal are worthless, none of the promised installation dates come true, they use subcontractors and do not return phone calls or answers questions. Thanks to them a closing on our house falls through, since they don't finish the job they should have finished and confirmed 5 weeks ago. Buyers be warned, this was an 3-5 day "easy" job on a new construction and the company screwed it completely up its is still not finished ! There is no excuse for this, Studio 321 and its owner should be ashamed of themselves and I can only hope my warning helps many other people or builders in and around Hickory to avoid the same misery that you are putting me and my family through ! WE GOT NOTHING BUT LIES FROM THIS COMPANY AND THE OWNER!

I have used Studio 321 for several projects. I am always extremely pleased with both the professionalism and the quality of work. In addition, the owner has a keen sense of style and functionality which can take the guesswork and anxiety out of decisions.

i work on the manufacturing side of the Tile and Stone industry. Working with companys on the retail and installation side has its challenges. Studio 321 has minimized those challenges, for me, due to the professionalism and knowledge they bring to the table. I initially went to Studio 321 to look at their selections of tiles. My home has a European feel but I wanted this guest bath to have a more transitional feel. Found the perfect combination of three marble tiles that I loved but what made this experience special was the input I received from Jeff the owner. Upon coming out to look at the space, he made two important suggestions concerning the actual layout of walls for the bathroom. I decided to use his suggestions and the bathroom is so much better. So if you are looking for not just tiles but someone who can objectively give you ideas, I would strongly recommend this company
