Our whole experience with Bill at 1-2-3 Floor was exceptional! Bill and his team are very personable, detail oriented, and his follow-through was outstanding. He is an excellent listener and offers great suggestions. He is well-informed and followed through with us in our entire experience. We had new hardwood floors installed throughout our home with the exception of the bedrooms. The installers were extremely detailed, very pleasant, hardworking and overall outstanding. 123 floor is the most reliable flooring contractor I've ever worked with. We hired 123 Floor to upgrade flooring in a North Bay vacation rental. Bill provided us with all of the details necessary to make decisions. His estimate of our costs turned out to be exactly what we paid. His team was able to handle flooring challenges where other contractors would cut corners. His crew showed up on time and worked efficiently. We highly recommend 123 flooring.

123-Floor did our floor in 2015. We have an Eichler in San Rafael, CA and had some floor issues (think asbestos and cracked concrete...) After everything was cleared we decided on a great vinyl product that has the look of wood and is a hint softer than concrete or tiles. We are extremely happy with our choice and 123-floor did excellent work. It was a big job for us since we decided to do the entire house. The owner Bill was always present - from the initial contact, the estimate, during remodel and at completion - he was very knowledgeable, always approachable and came by several times. His crew that installed the flooring was super efficient, professional, clean and friendly (including to my 6 year old). We couldn't be happier and can highly recommend 123-Floor.

Bill and his crew at 123 Floors are exceptional in every regard. I am a Realtor and in the last few years I have had my clients hire 123 Floors with great results every time. Bill is great with the clients, very honest and knowledgable and has good product. He takes his time and the clients are very comfortable with him as well as his crews. He is trying to really do his best for each person and the clients can feel that. We have in the last 3 years done several homes with both hardwood as well as carpet. These homes showed very well and sold at prices higher that nearby recent homes and I feel it was because the floors really looked great. We were also trying to juggle workers with cottage cheese ceiling removal and painters and timelines as far as getting on the market. Bill made every effort to help us make the deadlines and often went out of his way to make it happen......Can't recommend them highly enough....A great company

We went on vacation and trusted Bill to refinished the floors of 3 bedrooms and a hallway while we were gone. When we came back, the floors were beautiful and we didn't find a speck of dust anywhere. It has been 6 years and the floors still look brand new. I love how it looks and was very pleased with the results. I would hired him again.

I hired 123-Floor to install carpet the bedroom of my condo in SF. Bill met with me, showed me samples, reviewed the options, gave his recommendation. I actually decided on a custom area rug instead of carpet (Bill's recommendation). It looks great and works really well for the space. I strongly recommend 123-Floor for their excellent customer service, good workmanship, and high quality products. They were super punctual as well.
