Jeanette Hubley was simply amazing. When we hired her, I was concerned about the added expense of hiring an interior designer. I have renovated houses in the past and was honestly too cheap to hire someone. But my wife and I trusted Jeanette from the onset and this decision was one of the few good ones we've made in hiring professionals. We were originally going to completely renovate an older home and transform it into a transitional/modern design. Jeanette recommended configurations for each room and showed us proposed drawings of how it may look upon completion. We were excited and impressed. Jeanette helped us select a GC & an architect and even helped us negotiate their prices. Unfortunately, I had some business setbacks and we decided to "flip" the house instead of building our dream house. We were embarrassed to tell Jeanette, but she was fantastic and very understanding. She totally reversed courses and suggested ways to enhance the value of our house, but to keep our spending down. Jeanette also met with the GC and came up with ways to reduce our construction cost by "value engineering". Jeanette promised that even though we cut our budget by 50%, we would still love the finished product. We had our doubts. But Jeanette did not disappoint us. The completed house was so beautiful. We were so proud to show the completed house to friends, neighbors and family. Jeanette was also understandably proud of her work and one of her friends/clients loved our newly refurbished house so much...they wound up buying it from us. Hiring Jeanette Hubley was one of the best decisions my wife and I ever made. Do not hesitate to contact her. She can do amazing work...no matter your budget. Jeanette and her team were instrumental in the redesign of my home which included design, coordinating and managing construction teams, color schemes, product selections (tiles, fixtures, lighting, furniture and textiles) and procurement.
