I was introduced to Robert a few years ago through mutual friends. I decided to get in touch with him, as I was looking to purchase a property in London. I was familiar with the West End, having enjoyed visiting the theatres and art galleries and so I wanted to be within 20 minutes travel. Robert gave me a guided tour of the areas and explained in detail about the apartments with leases and management fees. He also showed me all the up and coming areas and the benefit of open spaces, parks and good transportation links to Central London. After 5 days of viewing and narrowing down my choices, I was able to, with Robert's clear and concise advice, put an offer on a stylish apartment by the river in West London. After moving from the UK to New York 15 years ago, I decided to take the plunge and purchase a property where I could occasionally get away from the hustle and bustle of daily living. After visiting Morocco, I fell in love with the place and bought a run-down house in the centre of an old Medina in Essaouira. Having used Robert and Pipedreams on a previous project, I asked him if he would help me with the re-design of this home. He didn’t hesitate in coming over to see the property and to give his professional input and was willing to manage the project. Even with the language barrier, Robert was able to find a very good local construction team and collaborate with his colleagues abroad to produce working plans and drawings that were simple to follow. He was able to source the finest materials at a great cost and supply the necessary kitchen and bathroom fittings from the UK. The project took 9 months to complete from start to finish. Robert came over several times to oversee the work and to make sure that any problems or snagging were dealt with promptly. My husband and I are delighted with the finished result and cannot thank Robert enough for providing us with the perfect getaway home.

I returned to the UK in January to renovate my London penthouse apartment to put on the market. Pipedreams gave me 2 fabulous bathrooms last year and everything went so well that there was no hesitation in using them again for the renovations. first met Robert at a meeting with my Estate Agent, whilst viewing an apartment in Central London.
