Over the past year and a half my husband and I had the pleasure of working with AC interiors. With plans of a big renovation, we decided to choose AC interiors with designing our dream family house. Since our first interaction with their team they were extremely professional, kind and friendly. Sam was able to keep our mind at ease during such a stressful process and we can’t thank her enough. They were always easy to reach and responded to many of questions promptly. Jason and Matt are amazing at what they do and went above and beyond to ensure that the work on our house was of high quality. Their work was top notch and I can happily say that they delivered on creating our dream house in the timeline we wanted. We highly recommend AC interiors for any renovations, big or small.

We needed a kitchen design in a pinch and AC Interiors was able to provide a beautiful, prompt layout and design. Everything was explained thoroughly and our concerns/suggestions were respected throughout the process. We were so impressed with the kitchen design that we decided to use AC interiors for our entire main floor and master bathroom. Their design is classic and timeless. They also took us out of our comfort zone, using colours and design that we wouldn't have independently chosen (and we love it)! They sourced the millwork for our kitchen, office, living space, mudroom and laundry room and it was all created beautifully. Flooring choices, including tile and hardwood, were very affordable and exactly what we wanted. There were some hiccups with lighting choices and electrical placement, however, they responded quickly and efficiently with alternative options. Overall, a very positive experience and we love the results!

AC came recommended to us from a friend and we are so pleased with the outcome. The attention to detail, responsiveness and creativity the team, and extremely high quality construction have given us a beautiful new home that we love living in. We didn't plan on doing a "full-gut" but in the end we're very happy we did!

We used AC Interiors to design and lead the renovation of our 100 year old home. It was no small job - we added 50% more floor space through an addition, and completely redid the existing floorplan. Beyond managing construction, they handled all the furniture selection and sourcing - we literally carried our clothes into the house and it was ready to go! Working with Sam, Lindsay and Aidan made it a much more seamless process. In particular, they helped us think through our floorplan (much more usable thanks to their advice), they handled design choices that we weren't interested in (I have a picture of them inspecting 30 different grout colours to get it right), and managed the process from start to finish. They helped us pick a great contractor as well, and worked together to bring our dream home into reality. The results speak for themselves - we have a home that everyone compliments us (though they should compliment AC), but more importantly it is comfortable and suits our lifestyle. Thanks AC!

We used AC Interiors for 3 projects at our home. First was a large project adding a third car garage onto our home. Our place is 34 years of age, so finding a natural stone to match the old brick was not an easy task for me. The AC team found a beautiful full bed stone that blended with our old brick making it a perfect compliment to our home. The design included adding stone on the other side of the house to balance it out. It turning out looking so stunning. The second project was turning an unused room into a beautiful sunroom with a service area when we have guest over and a dual desk area for our children to do their homework. This room got a lot of traffic off the pool so choosing a tile that hid dirt and was also non slip was key. The third project was transforming my tired looking bedroom to a beautiful and fresh space for us to enjoy day and night. The team freshened the paint and selected classic pieces of furniture we can enjoy for years to come. Aidan, Lindsay and Sam were very professional and easy to work with. Lindsay, Aidan and their team really impressed us with the amazing finishes and superior design of the home. That is what I expect from a reputable interior design firm. But it goes far beyond that with AC Interiors that impressed us the most. They kept the renovation moving by doing all the dirty work in the background. As a client, we hired them to be hands on designers and project managers, and that’s exactly what we got and more. Honestly the project ran as smoothly as can be. You might say, “Come on, it can’t be all positive…”, but it truly was. Don’t get me wrong, they aren’t doing it for free, but they are giving you the best possible service and value for your money that’s out there. No question. With such a big investment and risk involved, you don’t want to cut corners by having the wrong people running your project. AC Interiors handled the day-to-day headaches (budget, schedules, covid, permits, etc) for us behind the scenes, and kept us updated regularly. We never felt the need to chase them for information, they were very transparent with us throughout the renovation. Their reputation for customer service is well earned, we can attest to that. AC Interiors is in the business of making their clients’ homes beautiful while making the process as seamless as possible. The quality of the contractors they use is also big differentiator for them. We never heard any trades use foul language, never saw anyone smoking on the property, everyone was courteous and professional and the quality of the work was high end. You felt like this is how it’s supposed to be when you hire a contractor. Full stop. This is not something you’ll get using a low-bid general contractor. At the end of the day, we’re relieved we chose AC Interiors for our renovation. Having learned lessons with other contractors in the past, you really get what you pay for. One last comment, we don’t normally trust contractors, and we were hoping for the best when we hired AC Interiors. Now that it’s over, we can say that if you’re on the fence about hiring AC Interiors and you have the budget that’s realistic for what you desire, you won’t be disappointed with them. You can really trust them with your renovation. They won’t lie to you. We will be using them again. It’s not even a debate. Project scope: 1500 sf main floor remodel including relocation of a kitchen, new kitchen, new appliances, removing 2 walls (1 load bearing), relocating laundry to 2nd level, new master bathroom, electrical, light fixtures, plumbing, flooring, trims throughout

We hired AC Interiors to design, renovate and furnish our old Toronto basement during the pandemic. We appreciated their honesty in managing multiple invoices with multiple contractors. We were also pleasantly surprised with their sixth sense in sourcing reliable contractors for big and small jobs. Our basement is now a part of our living space (instead of a storage space). This is the second time I used AC interiors to reno my home. This time, they helped me with a total gut job in my 2 bedroom condo. They managed literally everything for me so I didn't have to worry at all. They drew up the plans, design board, and managed everything with the condo board for approval. They oversaw everything with demolition, the contractors and arrival of all big furniture pieces. Lastly they helped set up and stage my home, which was so nice coming home to after being away for a couple weeks at work! I am so happy with how my home turned out. Aidan and her team were absolutely amazing to work with. I have already enjoyed so much hosting friends/family. I plan on using AC interiors again in the future if I ever have another major project!

Very nice design. Textures, colours and sizes were appropriate (Before engaging the help of AC Interiors, we were floundering). Converted our 'random' thoughts into a unified theme. Our overall goal was to keep the period nature of the home. Compounding the design were some very challenging room shapes. Very good communications.

I am thrilled with the AC design team. They were proficient and organized with our bathroom Reno despite the challenges of Covid lockdowns.
