My name is Serge and I am the masonry guy who did cut outs for this company. Dan, the owner of the company, has not paid me for 5 jobs that I did for him, two of them are major ones that I did in Kitchener in November and December. Dan owns me over $15.000,00. You can see me in the pictures that were posted in some of the customer's reviews here, the customers speak very highly of my work and obviously I cannot say that this company does bad work, because I was the one who did many of his jobs for over 2 year period and I did them to the highest standard. My problem with this company, of course, is that I have not been paid, and I want to warn people that you cannot rely on this company. I have been asking Dan to pay me since mid December, and he constantly asked for more time, which I gave him. At the end of January he gave me a cheque for over $3.000,00, and it bounced on me. I started renovating my townhouse because as a mason I have little work in the winter, but the main reason is that I am expecting a baby in May and my townhouse is almost 30 years old with disgusting carpet that needs to go before the baby comes. Thanks to Dan I cannot continue the renovations and my pregnant wife gets more and more stressed with each day. I demolished our bathrooms but do not have the funds to hire a tile person. I did hire a paralegal to sue Dan in civil court, but it will take time and money, and I will not be able to finish my renovation before my baby comes. Right now I just want to warn people that this is a dishonest company. Dan disappeared on me, ignoring my texts and calls. Thank you Serge
