Hi my company has been working with Spotless for over 8 years. We hired Spotless for handyman services for a few years. Then we hired then for cleaning services as well. They are a very reliable company. The staff is super friendly and are very accommodating to whatever the business needs may be. I have scheduled projects with Spotless and they are always willing to accommodate our specific schedule needs. If an issue arises I can always reach out to Andrew Shogan or Annesia Maharaj the Operations Manager for a resolution. They will promptly reply to my concerns and will try their best to remediate the issue. The last project Spotless did for Autodesk was to paint a few office walls with white board paint. They did an excellent job! I would highly recommend them without hesitation. The thing that is more important to me is to have the lines of communication always with their customers. Spotless has this great quality and that is the most important thing to me. If it is not right, they will make it right. Thanks.

Andrew took a long time to call me back. I constantly had to call him to schedule an appointment. It felt that at time my business wasn't wanted. The handy men were amazing and did a great job. Poor management.

I engaged Spotless Services to paint a condo I recently purchased. They did a great job and their service was quick and competitively priced. The company was responsive and answered my questions diligently. I also had no issues in dealing with the condo board, permitted work hours and providing the required insurance. I would recommend them.

Spotless has done painting, electrical and through a third party, window cleaning for us. Andrew Shogan, their customer contact is very professional and helpful. Cleaning windows in our apartment requires removing delicate motorized blinds, cleaning windows, and re-installing the blinds. Though they don't do windows, he completely coordinated having a window cleaning company come in with his men to clean the windows after his men had removed the blinds. His crew always does an immaculate job and are very professional. On the one occasion I was not completely satisfied with a painting job, they came right back out and completely corrected the problem. I have always been very satisfied with their services.
