Very dissatisfied with this company. My elderly mother who is 78 and lived at her house for over 56 years had doors and windows fitted in the whole house some years ago and had some problems with some of the windows which is still ongoing, however the major problem is with one of the doors which leads to the garden. It was fitted without the proper frame around the door. Whenever it rains the floor floods internally in the kitchen and is very dangerous as she could slip, fall and have a very bad accident. This has been reported on many occasions over the years and the workmen have visited to inspect but every time they have visited my mother they have said she needs to dig up the garden to lower it to avoid floods occurring!! They have been very rude, dismissive and walked out without any reasonable solutions every time they have visited. They should have known to fit the door with a suitable frame at the base to avoids any water entering the inside!! I am so frustrated and disgusted with the way my mother has been treated!! It now turns out that the company have told her that she need to get a new door to avoid the rain coming in!! Go figure… so does that mean that if she fits a new door she doesn’t need to now dig up the garden? After being told the solution is to dig up the garden. From start to finish the staff from everbrite being reception, workmen and management are taking an elderly woman for a ride and not accepted any responsibility for there failings.

I highly recommend this company. I have just had very high quality new windows, shutters and blinds installed by a highly skilled Everbrite fitter who is friendly and professional. I am absolutely delighted with their work. Everbrite staff are not only professional, but also prompt, courteous, keep the place tidy and clear up thoroughly when they've finished. I will be definitely be contacting them without any hesitation for my next installment.

Not happy, had our door done a few years back and they refuse to change the cheap locking mechanism that's faulty as the main front door won't shut at all without a key! 1 year guarantee for a locking mechanism! and they requested I pay a call out fee for them to come and see. Avoid!! Safety comes first.

Fantastic company, help ful from start to finish. men was lovely, customer service ladies was amazing. fitters was fast and easy enough to get on with. I had bi-folding doors fitted in 2017 and my whole windows also a new front door. amazing quality and even better it was custom made. defiantly recommend.
