Shantih, Mia and Melissa and the rest of her crew did an amazing job with staging my home for sale. They bumped up my own “meh” self staging effort into something fresh, fun and super appealing. After sitting on the market for awhile, after staging by Shantih and crew, the showings increased dramatically, I got two offers and the house closed yesterday. Equally appreciated was their cheerful, friendly presence, the quick, clean move out and their above and beyond expected helpfulness in getting my personal items I had left there for staging back to me. So grateful for all their help. You can’t go wrong with Inside/Out - they are the best in the area by far.

So we both got a good price for each job, and they were able to coordinate all of the work rather than me trying to schedule different jobs so they didn't conflict. Plus they were able to start the work weeks before some companies were able to even schedule an estimate. They took the house from a less-than-great condition all the way to getting ready for the realtor photos. We ended up getting 12+ visits and 3 offers within 48 hours of listing, and I'm sure that InsideOut's staging had a lot to do with it. I'm looking forward to getting Shantih's input when I want to decorate my next place.
