Very satisfied with the work that was done in replacing two basement windows. The workers were friendly, efficient, and good at what they do.

We chose Ideal Window and Door Co. to complete our project , a friend of ours recommended Ideal. We made the initial contact by phone, it was an easy process. The office person was very friendly and ask a few basic questions about or project. we had a call with in 3 hours from an outside sales consultant. He set up the appointment,it was nice because he could work around our time we had available. The sales person was very informative and explained both product and install process in terms we could understand. The process was flawless from that 1st phone call to the final inspection. We give Ideal Window and Door Co. an A plus !

Great to work with, very helpful. We had a lot of custom sized trapezoidal windows. Spent a lot of time making sure things were ordered correctly.

Remove old siding, wrap and install new Crane Board siding, new windows, new aluminum facia/soffitt and gutters. Working with Brian and his crew was a wonderful experience. They went above and beyond with their craftsmanship to turn our house into one we are very proud of. We happily recommend Ideal to everyone we get into a conversation with about siding and windows.

We had most of our windows replaced in our home. The job was above satisfactory. The job was started within the time frame we were told, the product is high quality, and it was done right and to high standards. We shopped around and for the price and the quality, Ideal Windows is the best in the area. We have more windows to replace and we will be calling them in the future to get the job done and would recommend them to others.
