Jackson | Main Architecture P.S. brings together two strong lineages stretching back several decades. Both similarly sized firms are natives to Seattle with local, regional, and national success in a diverse range of project types. SCMA’s evolution began with Jean Fraley in 1967, adding current managing partners Peter Stricker, part of the organization since 1986, Robin Murphy since 1991 and Brett Cato since 1994. The three current principals continued to build the firm’s diverse project types, consisting of a wide spectrum of commercial, entertainment, retail, telecommunications, senior and multifamily housing, and institutional projects. SCMA still serves clients who have been with them since the beginning, over 45 years ago. According to Robin Murphy, “We have based our core values on becoming trusted advisers to all of our clients, helping them to build and expand their businesses” PKJB’s Gregg Percich and Bob Kroese opened their doors in 1991, founding their successful 25+ year architectural firm on attention to detail and service to their clients. PKJB continues to build on that success in a diverse portfolio of project types including Mission Critical, Commercial, Industrial, Retail, Interiors, Residential, and Healthcare. PKJB President and co-founder, Gregg Percich, says “Our success shows that we value our clients. In addition, Jackson|Main Architecture P.S. has a satellite office in Kansas City, providing a new emphasis on the two existing firms’ established common national footprint. Jackson|Main Architecture P.S. is located at 311 1st Avenue in the historic Maud building, a jointly owned and recently improved building in Pioneer Square.
