A homeowner's story: Our client wanted a retirement home with a design that fully integrated his beautiful and exotic furniture from world travels. We were able to successfully oblige and ensure each piece of furniture was incorporated within the design. The client had a difficult time establishing a construction budget. However after walking him through the process, we established a healthy budget. Jeff was such a great architect and designer! We had multiple ideas and he took the time to find the perfect one for our addition. He was great on helping us stay within our budget and not going over . Our home is beautiful thanks to Jeff!

We are doing an extensive remodel of our home (dining room, new bedroom, and bathroom additions). Jeff has helped guide us through the intricacies of efficient use of space without giving up quality. He designed the additions such that it was an incredible upgrade to our street view; our contractor and neighbors alike have commented on how impressive the addition is, as well as how it improves the original design of the house. The few revisions we requested were finished quickly and were better than what we envisioned. We would highly recommend Jeff for this artistic abilities, efficiency, and guidance.

We were very particular in what we wanted in a house design. We wanted a more classical design in the exterior front and front rooms, while we wanted a more rustic design across the back rooms, and we wanted a "second front to the house" across the back to fully capture our view of Pike's Peak. We wanted interior columns across the entrance to the living room and dining room; we wanted a cathedral ceiling in the family room with a rustic fireplace featuring andirons we had carried with us for 20 years. We also had a mantle beam I wanted incorporated into the fireplace. We wanted the bedrooms to be large enough to accommodate furniture we already had with a fireplace in the master bedroom and a Roman bath design for the master bath featuring niches for two statues we already had. Jeff did a masterful job of incorporating our requirements into an overall design that perfectly blended all our requirements. The design when implemented constituted a warm, comfortable, yet elegant house that exceeded our expectations.

Kommentiert: What are the exterior colors on this home?The stone is from the Telluride stone Telluride Gold Collection. The paint color on the stucco came from a tone from the stone.

Kommentiert: RoofThis house has a concrete tile roof. It has been a few years since the roof has been installed, but I would look at Monier Life tile, or any of the concrete roof tile manufacturers.
