Our association with Jeff Watson Homes, Inc. began two years before the completion of our dream home. Living in Virginia, we researched and found JWH, Inc. through an Internet search and the JWH web site. From our first e-mail to Ken through to the final closing, the Jeff Watson team made every attempt to accommodate our travel schedule to Texas helping us design, build, and close on the house. During the weeks between our trips to Texas, Ken, Kathy, and Jeff Watson kept us informed of the issues, solutions, and progress of the design and construction of our new home. Even if we had harbored any concern over choosing Jeff Watson Homes to build our home, those concerns would have quickly disappeared upon our first meeting with Jeff Watson. We found Jeff (and his team) to be committed, forthright, and the kind of perfectionists one wants when entrusted to build a custom-built home. One would think that living in Virginia would be a disadvantage during the design and construction process. Not true! The ease and frequency that Jeff and his team communicated with us ensured we were thoroughly familiar with how things were progressing in Texas. Jeff even took it upon himself to take, download, and send us pictures on a weekly basis. Anytime that reality impacted the “dream,” Jeff was on the phone explaining the situation while also providing potential solutions necessary to keep the dream alive. Finally, we are absolutely stunned by the beauty and detailed construction of our new home. Our dream house came to life and Jeff and his team are responsible. Everything we wanted and asked for, from size, amenities, and budget to timing, Jeff and his team delivered – and then some! Jeff Watson Homes designed and built our home. Jeff Watson and his team excel in customer service and attention to details. They communicate very well with the home owner and their subcontractors. The team is very organized and is keenly aware of the home owner's budget concerns. After seven years, if I ask Jeff a question, he responds quickly and is very helpful.
