We went to Jeff after purchasing our new home after seeing his work in some Internet searching and immediately feeling that his work matched closely with what we were hoping for our house. We hired him to gut renovate our entire first floor (tearing out walls, adding windows and new french doors, adding a small addition for a mudroom off the garage, moving the powder room, and designing a new kitchen), and also completely gutting and redesigning a new master bath (taking space from a guest room). He took our ideas and immediately began to improve upon them. He not only acted as our architect and designer on the project, but he also put us in contact with an amazing builder he had worked with before. Jeff was hands on throughout the project and more than once saved the day. We loved working with him and will definitely be our first choice on any big renovations in the future.

Jeff led us through the creation of a large addition onto our house and the design of a new kitchen, dining area and porch in that space. The two parts of the house blend seamlessly and it looks beautiful. He is a thoughtful designer and a fine draftsman. He was a pleasure to work with, and we are very happy with the results. We receive many, many compliments.

Jeff Wilkinson designed a 1.000 sq. ft. addition to our home (dinning room and family room), and a redo of the entire front of our house (porch, deck, garage). The projects were 15 years apart. We were extremely satisfied with Jeff's work in both projects. He is very easy to work with, listens well, is very cost conscience regarding the client's budget (for his work and the project), and has good, practical ideas. He is a very capable, creative architect, and has the right blend of listening to the client as well as bringing out good ideas that the client would not have thoughts of. We at first did not implement two of his suggestions, but as the project got under way, we saw how good the ideas were, and happily included them. Jeff is also good with the regulatory requirements, and how one gets appropriate approval. We have no reservations in recommending him.

Jeff designed the renovation of my tiny country cottage into a beautiful country home. He patiently worked through numerous designs to tackle the constraints of local building codes and then helped us secure a variance from the town planning board. He collaborated fully with our experienced contractors who, themselves, are artists and fine craftsmen. His open plan perfectly captures stunning views from every window. The work proceeded on schedule and the end product is elegant but comfortable, spacious but cozy, and perfect for just the two of us or our entire extended, blended family.

Jeff Wilkinson was both architect and project manager for my new home design. For years I was planning my dream home and was photographing traditional cape homes while vacationing in Rhode Island. Jeff and Natalie helped transform my ideas into a tasteful and workable plan and I am delighted with the result. Having Jeff manage the project's construction phase allowed me to be closely involved in the process and the design evolved to include many custom features. These included a beautiful kitchen, walk-in closet, custom baths, screened-in porch, pergola, built-ins, and detailed mouldings and trim inside and out. Jeff and Natalie were consistently attentive to all of my ideas and concerns. Jeff's talent, experience, and professionalism are evident throughout his work and I would highly recommend him.

Jeff Wilkinson provided us with outstanding work on a large scale renovation of a Stanford White designed Carriage House. He allowed us to retain the character of the original structure, while making it into a wonderful home. I highly recommend his work.

Jeff Wilkinson was the architect on my project which involved an entire redo of the interior of a 1840, 3000 square foot house of historic significance. The house had been divided into apartments with two kitchens, suspended ceilings, and a closed-off third floor. I desired a single family home, retaining the historic features, but bringing up to modern day standards. Because I was doing this project long distance for much of the time, I appreciated Jeff's frequent check-ins on design points, flexibility in scheduling meetings, and thoroughness in design details. He worked hand in hand with me in selecting contractors to fit my specific needs and, then, hand in hand with the contractor in achieving the desired results. What could have been a high stress experience was, in fact, a pleasure throughout. I can sincerely say that the end product, which is now my residence, exceeded all expectations.

Jeff was the architect on my project. I enlarged a bedroom over a garage and added a bathroom on the upper story; converted the two car garage downstairs to an indoor/outdoor family room. Jeff did an awesome job incorporating the renovations into the architecture of the existing house. The new look is completely integrated with the house. He also brought on board a contractor who worked with him and worked out all potential problems that can occur when remodeling an older home. I was extremely satisfied with his work and professionalism.

I worked with Jeff for one year planing the House in Poughkeepsie, New York. The details on the plans where exceptional. My firm built the house which took two and a half years to complete. The customer was delighted with the final Product. The proportions of the rooms where perfect. The mouldings and trim spectacular. Every time I drive by I say this is the perfect house for me and my family. Oh that's right it is my house.

Kommentiert: what are the cabinets made of and the stain color?The cabinets are white oak, the stain was a very light natural color, the oak naturally darkens over time.

Kommentiert: What is the ceiling paint color?I recommend doing samples before using any paint color however. Colors change depending on their surroundings.

Kommentiert: What wood type is used for the cabinets? They are gorgeous!!The cabinets are made from a 150 year old white oak that had fallen in a wind storm on the owner's property. The wood was milled on site with a Wood Mizer.
