Buffalo Modular Homes

We’re currently building with Buffalo Modular and are expected to move into our home in the next few weeks. We’re very excited as it is a beautiful home and just what we wanted!

We have been in our home for 15 months now and still do not have items completed that were on our punch list. Garage fire door needs to be replaced per factory and BMH has refused to do it. Estimate is $2000. Plumbing vent in attic for master bath was never tied into main vent stack, $500 quote to complete that. And these are items that we paid them to do. Multiple drywall cracks were never addressed, air leaking in basement between foundation and sill plate that was not installed correctly which I had to fix myself to stop the moisture and mold from coming in. We only had one BMH inspection in January 2019 where they said these issues would be addressed; they never did the 6 or 12 month inspections. They also, through their negligence, forced us to hire an engineer for a structural issue that they caused. BMH removed structural bracing that was installed from the factory and then did not want to repair the issue. After hiring an engineer to inspect it at our cost of $750 and getting his repair report they then after several months of delays finally sent in a contractor to repair the issue but never refunded our $750 like they said they would. I don’t think there is enough room for all of the complaints that my wife and I have after dealing with this company. There is no service after the sale at all. I don’t even think they have anyone working in their so called service dept. All they wanted was our money.

They handled our entire home building process from pulling the permits to finishing the driveway. Everything was done flawlessly. We highly recommend this professional team!

The guys working on our home were great. They were professional, timely, and kept us informed on what was happening.

I was working with Buffalo Modular Homes for a couple months to build a new home, but then my husband was relocated to another state for work. Unfortunately, we aren't able to build our dream home with BMH, but I highly recommend them to others here in WNY. We really loved the people who worked there! I have really enjoyed working with the team so far & they have been helping me to find a lot and nail down a floor plan. So far they have bent over backwards to work with me and I'm really excited to break ground!

Don't think you can't afford this! That was my mistake. Call and talk to them, they are super friendly. All and all I've gotta say, I couldn't be happier with my new home. Building is a process, it takes hard work and time. They've mastered the process, and are the best modular builder in WNY. Great work!
