We worked with Jim and his associate Katy to design and build our Dreamhome in Kirkwood. From the first meeting through complete plans the process was really well coordinated and a joy to work on. They listened to our desires for the house and executed a design that fits our needs and lifestyle. The finished house is everything we hoped for and more. Our contractor said that the plans were the best they had worked from.

My husband and I decided to build our dream home. He wanted a condo and I wanted a house, so we decided to build a "Hondo". We wanted a home that would be maintanence free and easy to get around as we age. With the help of our architect and contractor we designed a one and a half story craftsman cottage that would fit our lifestyle to a tee. . We found an older home in our favorite part of town and our contractor arranged to have it torn down and our "Hondo" built in its place. It was very important that the design fit well in the neighborhoood. Our architect arranged a meeting with the neighborhood committee and they loved our design. The architect received "architect of the year" award from the community for our house. Jim thouroughly enjoys the design process and has a great attitude. He allowed us to customize the home to our liking and worked side by side with our contractor.

Jim offered great ideas for our home- he has a great feel for maximizing space and functionality. We really enjoy workign with him and highly recommend his work!
