The Pacific NW is a hash environment and hardwood floors take a beating. I have used J & J twice now for the restoration of hardwood floors in homes 80 years old or more. James and his crew have been prompt, courteous, kept their commitments and time frames. The results of their work and craftsmanship is amazing. Floors that I thought could not be repaired came out even better than when they were originally installed nearly 100 years ago. What is surprising was that their pricing was very competitive for the quality of their work. They have never price gouged me with add on "alteration" charges, and adhered to their original estimates.

James and his team - work magic! They refinished our livingroom and hallway floors - they are beautiful. We discovered hardwood floors in the kitchen under 2 layers of linoleum, plywood and glue. We walked on plastic for 10 months wondering what to do James refinished them and they are beautiful!!! Can't wait to do the bedrooms and a little chunk left when we replaced the dishwasher I have no doubt I will be equally pleased
