I was referred to Johnson Granite by my cabinet maker, who said that things would be well coordinated with the installation of my long-awaited custom kitchen cabinets. Keith, the salesman, is pleasant, but really dropped the ball on my order. Despite frequent communication--texts, emails, calls, and in-person visits to the showroom an hour away from my home, Keith neglected to put the order in for the template until weeks after the date was confirmed that the cabinets would be installed. Most importantly, Keith and the senior manager knew after templating that Johnson Grantite was no longer going to be able to install the countertops within the two-week timeframe that had been promised all along. They openly told me that 1) they are overcommitted with too much work and are now SIX weeks from templating to installation 2) cannot template on time (again, they are overcommitted with too much work) 3) Keith forgot to put my order in in a timely manner. Only Mr. Brian Johnson, himself, could have honored the timeframes promised to me, but he could not be bothered to speak to me or return my phone call. Good news! My countertop has already been templated by ProStone of Winston-Salem and will be installed next week! Even better news, the price is significantly less than Johnson Granite. I do not know what is going on with Johnson Granite right now but this company had an opportunity to save my business and could not have cared less. Turns out they did me a favor by having me seek out another company with a better price and much much better timeframe.

I love my new granite countertops in the kitchen and marble in my bathrooms. The Johnson team was awesome to work with. It was a pleasant experience.

EVERY single person I worked with was professional and super helpful. Keith, my sales rep was always available, helpful and very knowledgeable. The fellows in the stone yard never seemed annoyed with my countless requests to move slabs around for me to select the perfect ones...even during their lunch breaks. Jose is a master at installation. Throughout the entire process, if an issue/question arose it was handled quickly and with great concern regarding my complete satisfaction. No assumptions were made, and every detail was reviewed to perfection. Johnson Granite made it easy for me to do business with them, and the results not only met, but went well beyond my high expectations. They were so efficient in the utilization of my two Sea Pearl quartzite slabs, that I was able to squeeze a couple bathrooms in addition to the entire kitchen out of these gorgeous slabs. The veining in my quartz was meticulously matched. I cannot say enough good things to do them justice. My neighbor is getting ready to build and based on my experience she for sure will be using Johnson Granite as well! The leadership at Johnson Granite sets the right standard for the entire team. My builder, Schumacher Homes, gave me the "go ahead" to work with these wonderful people and I am soooooo thankful!!

I was so happy to work with these folks. They put up with my ignorance and repeated questions with such a good sense of humor- needed when you are doing a remodel/addition yourself. My countertops look beautiful and are the first thing that folks comment on when they come in the house. The installation guys got stuck in traffic coming a long way but were so polite and absolutely professional about getting the job done. Would go back with this company in a heartbeat.

Johnson Granite was the most professional and customer service oriented company we have ever dealt with. They were great to deal with from the first appointment scheduled with Abby to view the granite up until the granite was installed. Everyone we dealt with at the warehouse, during the measuring, and during the installation could not have been more friendly, knowledgeable and informational. They more than met our expectations in a timely manner. We highly recommend Johnson Granite to anyone looking for stone counter tops.

Johnson Granite provided exceptional service from beginning to the end of the project. Meredith, our sales associate, gave us wonderful advise, recommendations and selection of samples during the "stone" selection phase. When it came time to measure the kitchen we were highly impressed with the professionalism of Richard, the technician and the laser based technology utilized to accurately measure for the counter tops and island. The measurements were immediately transferred to a computer enabling a visual impression of the finished tops design. Finally, Daniel and team, with equal professionalism and care, punctually delivered and installed the tops. Floors were covered to avoid damage during installation and care was taken with the "stone" to avoid possible damage to the supporting cabinets. The tops were accurately installed and where there were seams, these were executed remarkably making them virtually invisible ensuring a perfect finish to the project. We would highly recommend the Johnson Granite team.

Johnson Granite provided a cultured marble tub/shower and countertop for a bathroom renovation. Along with having great customer service, they were prompt with scheduling and delivery. They have a huge selection to choose from at their showroom. We purchased granite countertops from them a few years ago when remodeling our kitchen and would highly recommend them to anyone.

I have had Johnson grate install 2 kitchens and 2 master bathes and am very pleased with the entire process. They stand behind their work and the sales and customer service is most responsive to your needs. The templating and installation staff are polite and easy going. I love that installation is one week from template. No waiting. Seams are hardly visible and well matched. Great company and I highly recommend them.

True Craftsmanship and integrity are hard to find these days but I found both at Johnson Granite! I have experienced building three houses and renovations on three others, so I've had my fair share of dealings with subcontractors. By far, working with Johnson Granite was one of, if not the best experiences I have had. We used Johnson Granite for a second kitchen/bar area when we finished our basement. We did not want to use the same company we had used for the main kitchen due to quality and communication issues. Johnson Granite was able to figure out what granite I wanted from a picture I had taken to them of a kitchen I had seen somewhere else, and they offered suggestions on how to finish off an angled portion of the counter top that had been puzzling us. The space was such that there was no room for error and the counter tops fit perfectly! I can't say enough about how nice it is to have a project done right!
