Über uns

Merge-Point Architects & Builders (MPAB) is a residential design-build firm working in northeast Illinois. We work for residential clients with a wide range of budgets and project types. MPAB was founded and is actively managed by an licensed architect, not a contractor. Jonathan Stuck, president of MPAB, is a licensed to practice architecture in the state of Illinois. With our in-house integration of architectural training and knowledge as well as our extensive experience in the construction process, we are able to provide clients with unparalleled service and value in a single comprehensive package. MPAB embraces responsibility for the entire process from project inception, through design and on to completion of the construction and occupancy by the owners. The fact that we can handle all aspects of the project makes your life easier and less stressful. Our clients find us trustworthy, friendly and easy to work with. Our philosophy is that a successful project must involve collaboration between the client, the architect and the skilled tradesmen that construct the project. We achieve this project success through, first of all, assembling the proper team of consultants and subcontractors to exceed client expectations of quality and budget, and secondly, by openly and extensively communicating with all team members involved in the project and treating them and their contributions to the project with respect and gratitude. Why Chose Us? We know your home is your most coveted possession and we understand the emotional attachment you have to it. We listen carefully and are up front with you about the challenges of your project that lay ahead. We work hard to minimize surprises and when they do happen, we work diligently to minimize their impact on the schedule and project cost. As president of MPAB, Jonathan Stuck offers a high level of personal attention and industry experience at every step of the project. He is your single point of contact throughout the process. No need to call a outside Architect for design decisions needed to be made during construction. No need to call a separate General Contractor if you have a question about the schedule, activities at the job site or construction contract. Simply call Jonathan! I thank you for your interest in Merge-Point Architects & Builders and hope that you will contact me to schedule an initial complimentary consultation. Sincerely, Jonathan A. Stuck President
