Johnne repaired the hardwood floor in my spare bedroom. It was damaged pretty badly by pet stains. He removed the old flooring, the under-flooring and sealed everything that couldn't be removed. Then he applied a couple of coats of stain. He did an excellent job. It looks fantastic. I will definitely use him again to do any household repairs and/or improvements.

John was professional and honest in his estimates of the cost of remodeling our master bath area. He also provided a number of very helpful suggestions. These included coordinating paint/decorative tile colors, wood/granite finishes and addition of recessed lighting for a more updated look to the remodeled master bath area. He also suggested the use of river rock-type stone for the shower floor, which looks awesome. The frameless glass shower door completes the modern look beautifully. John has completed a number of projects for us over the past few years and we have always been satisfied.

We hired Just Call Johnee, to re-do our old sunroom, at the back of our home. I had two projects to be done - the first one involved repair of a cracked and leaking drain in my shower stall which had caused a leak in the ceiling of the closet below, & had also caused tiles in the shower to come loose. The second project involved tearing out all the carpeting on the downstairs level of the house, hauling it away, & replacing it completely with new padding and carpeting. Both projects were expertly completed by Johnee & his team. The bathroom drain issue was repaired to perfection - new drain installed, all tile replaced & regrouted, leaky ceiling below cut out, re-driwalled & re-painted. The new carpeting downstairs looks wonderful - the work was done in just a few days, and was done with care and expertise. I couldn't have been any happier.

Just Call Johnee, LLC did an excellent job performing much needed work on a new home we purchased for my mom. John came over to the property, thoroughly went through each and every aspect of the project, provided a written quote, scheduled the job, and performed the work - all with VERY little effort on my part. His work ethic is high - something not easily found in this line of work. The work was done correctly, promptly, and without overages.
