41 minutes agoNEW People working here are nice and pleasant. However they fail at service. I bought a full kitchen of appliances last year. After waiting 5 months they came, however fridge door badly dented, top and bottom. I have called, nicely, 9 times over the past year. I am told that a company that they outsource service will contact me. They never do. After all this time with zero results in terms of even setting a date for fixing, I feel compelled to share this experience with the wider community especially in MV and ACK; if they cannot be held accountable for servicing the products they sell, then they should not sell them.

Very high service prices. Cost more than $249 to just diagnose 2 appliances we bought from them. Then whatever time is needed to repair is additional. If appliance needs to be replaced only a $50.00 credit. After being a customer for 18 years we have to look for another store.

I did a complete kitchen remodel 14 years ago and selected the best of the best from KAM. Their selection is second to none. Their sales staff is attentive and knowledgable. Fast forward to last month when the old fridge failed. I shopped around and once again, went with KAM. They still have the best selection and the sale associate made this so easy for me-- working with me as I made my choice on their website over the phone. I didn't even have to battle Hyannis traffic to go to the showroom. I don't think you can beat KAM on Cape Cod.

I had my cape cod home kitchen completely renovated 2 summers ago, and the salesmen at KAM were able to outfit all new appliances according t my design spec in less than 30 minutes. Delivery was on time. Staff helpful, curtious, and very easy to work with. Competitive prices.

Great organization to work with! Very professional and attentive to our concerns pertaining to our project. We highly recommend KAM Appliances to all of our family, friends and neighbors. They not only put us at ease, but helped coordinate with our designer and builder by providing all the specs and answered their questions directly without involving us. I was home when KAM's delivery crew delivered and installed our Subzero. They were experts and took the time to protect our new floors. Rather impressive to watch them do their job.
