Designing additional USEABLE storage and counter space in this small condo kitchen was the reason for the remodel for my 1970 era kitchen. My accumulation of kitchen tools, equipment and dishes are now all within easy reach. It makes it a pleasure to cook and clean in my nice bright, white kitchen.

My husband and I contracted with Alan Ulch & Co. to perform a complete kitchen remodel and 500 sq ft expansion of our lake house. Their ability to guide the process, hire superior subs, provide high quality construction, and attend to detail, owner input and preferences and maintain overall professionalism from beginning to end made this intensive seven month project pleasantly fly by! We are thrilled with the end result. Only challenge was staying on budget.

Remodeled our master bath, kitchen, laundry room and guest bath over the last 10 years. The most recent was the laundry room and guest bath.

My husband and I have contracted with Alan L Ulch, Inc for several renovation jobs to our home over the past four years, beginning in 2009 until the present. During the Master Suite remodel, they impressed us tremendously by incorporating all our wants. Other contractors told us it was impossible. We were told we would have to give up a tub or the bidet. Ulch did it all using creative design skills. We are completely happy! The next year we contracted with them to remodel our kitchen. We were greatly please with their keen eye to detail and planning. We had no surprises, the light fixtures, ceiling fan, appliances, counter tops and all the cabinetry came together beautifully. We appreciated their constant communication about upcoming progress and reminders of what we as the customer needed to be doing. When we had a particular appliance in mind, we were blasted with e-mails of current model ideas. Ulch seemed on top of our project at all times. They made us feel very special. Overall, we feel they strive to please, including the daily clean-up at the end of each work day. When compared to other workers we have had in our home, they stand out as the most welcomed. Even their sub-contractors seem "a cut above" the rest. To date, we have completed two other bathrooms and are beginning our final one. Following that project, they will be doing some repair work to a patio area outside which was done by another contractor 10 years ago. Alan L Ulch. Inc. takes the worry out of remodeling. We are completely happy with the experience we have had with them. As far as we are concerned, they are the best!
