Liston Design Build made our vision come true. Designer, Jessica Hoffman was a pleasure and welcoming with our ideas and multiple pinterest boards. Project manager, Alex Baile was always on top of things. Craftsman, Tim & Jeff were creative, skilled and thorough. Electric, plumbing, flooring and painting subs were all great to work with, listening to our comments and concerns. Laborers were respectful and tidy. Can't recommend them more highly for the job they did in our home to update and renovate our Great Room, front door, 2 sets of stairs, a hallway, bedroom and jack-n-jill bathroom The before and after photos are remarkable! Thank you to owners, Keith & Jeanne Liston as well as Scott Weaver, Director of Production for an amazing job well done. Can't wait for our next collaboration!

Our latest remodel project handled by LDB was very well planned and executed. Even though this was a small remodel of a powder room, it was treated with the same professionalism as had previous work. Their process, which has evolved over the years, is nearly seamless and leads to an efficient and effective schedule. All of the folks we worked with were not just skilled professionals, but personable and were happy to answer any questions or concerns. All in all, this was the quality we have come to expect and appreciate from LDB.

Our master bath, bedroom, and office redo was a huge refurbishment project and managed quite well start to finish. From the time we signed the contract agreeing to design and pricing, Andrea organized sourcing and availability, allowing us to readily make decisions and keep to the project timeline. The demo and installation was professionally run by Alex the project manager who organized the skilled tradesmen and kept in regular contact with us on the project status through job completion. We are extremely satisfied with their work and highly recommend Liston Design Build team for your home upgrade projects.

I could not be happier with my new kitchen designed by Liston. Everyone involved from Kieth and Andrea (who saved me from myself when it came to picking out products and colors) to Scott the project manager and all the contractors where incredible. Couldn’t imagine a better experience. Jeanne and Keith are very professional, reliable and responsive. Their staff are treated like family and we trusted them in our home. We received quality work and high end design which worked great for our family. We included many tech upgrades and whole house integration to make our smart home even better. We had an exceptionally wonderful experience with the Liston Design Build team in remodeling our Master Bath in the Summer of 2018. We were interested in renovating the existing master bath with an “aging in place” design with ADA type functionality but with the look of a modern classic bath. We worked closely with Andrea and Keith and decided they had a creative vision compatible with ours. Throughout the process they kept in close contact with us, as we were out of town during the actual construction. The design encompasses the practicality of wheelchair access if needed in the future from the “roll-in” shower with placement of shower controls and built-in bench, chair transfer to toilet potential, ability to remove sink cabinet for wheelchair access and the proper placement in the walls of reinforced areas if handrails are required. But describing the fantastic functionality does not do justice to the creative design and beauty of the materials used; the spectacular eye-catching granite half-wall, the exquisite countertop granite, the elegant wall tile in the shower and the beautiful non-skid floor tiles and heated floor! The floating shelves add a modern dimension of depth and allure to the master bath that was unexpected. A fantastic remodel with gracious, highly skilled professionals who were able to turn our practical vision into a beautiful functional reality that exceeded our original “aging in place” vision.

This company is amazing! My husband and I are very impressed with their work and that they finished in a timely manor. This was our first remodel and we were worried how it might go. The employees were very trusting and were great to work with. Their designer Andrea was fun to work with and did a wonderful job! It’s hard to find good people to do business with, who you can trust. This company was the 4th company we met with to do our remodel. My husband and I felt we could trust them and they would do great work. They always kept us informed of what was going to happen next. Liston Design Build remodeled our kitchen, floors in four rooms and our master bath. Their professionalism and expertise is to be commended. Both, Jeanne and Keith listened to see what we wanted and then worked to make our dreams come true. They compiled a binder for us that included everything that would be done in our home. Every tradesman that entered our home knew about this binder and could find answers to any questions that arose. Included in this binder was a daily calendar, even with the changes we made after the job was started the Liston Design Build team completed our remodel job in the time frame that was given to us at the beginning of the job. The tradesmen who worked in our home were always very professional and did excellent work. Anytime we contacted Keith, Jeanne or Scott they responded in a very timely manner. Their company motto is “built on trust” and we would trust them to do any job for us in the future. Our 30 year old home is now a modern open concept home that meets and exceeds our highest expectation. We are overjoyed with the new look and feel of our home. We cannot say enough good things about Liston Design Build. They gutted our master bath and rebuilt the whole thing. From the beginning of the project their expertise was invaluable. Keith gave us the pros and cons to our ideas, Andrea provided great input on design decisions and their workmen were all top shelf in their jobs. Also, they were all very professional and I didn't feel weird having them in my house. We cannot be happier with the results of our project.

We loved working with Liston Design and Build!! This is our second project with them and would not hesitate to use them again. All of their subcontractors were so nice and excellent at their job. We were comfortable having them in our house even when we weren't home. Jeanne's help with fixtures, tile, paint, etc made the process so much easier. Thank you to your entire crew!!
