Kenco Construction started building homes in Medicine Hat in 1982. Since then, we have served the Medicine Hat area by constructing high quality custom homes, home additions, and renovations. At Kenco, we have worked closely with our clients to help bring their dreams to life. Thanks to a high level of customization, some very talented designers, carpenters and many other sub-trades, we have been able to deliver meticulous craftsmanship to both interior and exterior details of each home we build or renovate. Kenco Construction offers a warranty on our work, along with a series of inspections to ensure your satisfaction. In addition to our own warranty, our clients enjoy additional warranty coverage thanks to the Alberta New Home Warranty. Kenco exhibit an amazing love of their craft. The home they built for us is beyond what we could have imagined. Throughout the entire process they were patient and helped guide us through the often huge amount of decisions that have to be made when you are building a custom home. If we were ever to build again, we would use Kenco in a heartbeat.

We have used the construction services of Kenco Construction twice with great results. Our first endeavor was an attached garage addition on our home. Their professionalism and job quality was great. Our second renovation was our living, dining and bathroom. They did an amazing job once again. Very professional and job quality again was excellent. I would highly recommend Kenco Construction whether it be a new build or renovation to an existing home.

Thanks to Ken and Vaugh for the great work in doing our home renovation. We felt like Ken was the owner of our home making sure the work was above standard. Their professionalism in coaching us as we made decisions was certainly most helpful. Best of all we were able to meet the deadlines and get back into our home before Christmas which made it the best gift of all.

Kenco met with us to gain an understanding of our family’s needs, wants and interests in order to come up with a design for our cabin. Kenco offered invaluable ideas and suggestions at various points along the way to enhance the design and functionality of our home. Kenco staff were patient, understanding, and focused even when we felt overwhelmed by the multitude of decisions that go along with new home construction. We are very pleased with the quality, workmanship and service that Kenco provided.

Previously owned a Kenco home - Loved the quality! Hands down the BEST builder in the area. Kenco has extremely high standards and builds quality like none other. There is a good reason they have such an impeccable reputation. Hired Kenco to build our new home. Ken is extremely talented, honest and patient.

Kommentiert: where is the back splash from?The backsplash is brick. It is from a company called Herbon. The name of the brick main brick is "Harbourtown", then every 2 square feet added an insert of "Bootlegger".
