I had my yard done in nov 2015 . Ken did a good job. We have had an ongoing issue with our drip system and lost a few plants. I supplement the system with hand watering the areas that are not working well. We have been in contact with Ken too many times to count, He came out ... said he would return with substitute plants abd address the problem. This has been going on for several months - email/texting etc, He is coming then does not show. The last few contacts have been completely ignored. I did call him out on his word and his work and his reply was I did not give him a really good review, I responded by saying, I did not realize it took a good review for my drip system to be checked, then he said there is no warranty for the plants or it seems his work. I wanted to give him a good review, but I rarely post them, and also like to wait to make sure the job/product etc. works as it should.

I should have commented on this much sooner but I wanted to stay professional and not be emotional in my response. I responded to the client call and was there the same day to look at her issue even though the warranty period had well expired. I did not ask to trade a good review for my work; I only inquired that if she was happy (and she said she was after completion) then could she kindly write a nice review. She wanted labor and materials for no charge beyond the warranty for such and i offered to provide at my cost only. She refused and gave me my only poor review on any social media platform ever.

Ken Green was WONDERFUL to work with! Our place was a mess with the water restrictions. We didn't want to go with a desert look. But Ken worked with us to create a great alternative look, while being water-wise, interesting and beautiful to look at. He is extremely knowledgeable in all aspects of a landscape remodel. He was tuned in to our likes & dislikes. If something didn't look quite right, or work out - he was on top of it with a new idea or thought. He also redesigned & installed new low voltage landscape lighting, which turned out to be the icing on the cake! He is prompt, reliable & fun to work with. His crew is fantastic, hard working, courteous, and leave your place neat & clean. We definitely will use his services again, and would recommend Ken Green Landscaping to everyone.

Ken Green Landscaping is a very professional organization. I used them for rehabbing my sprinkler system and some landscaping needs including plants and laying sod. I was very happy with the fair price, and personal attention to my job. It was not a huge job but they made me feel that my job was just as important as if it were a complete landscaping job.

Ken Green has the eye of an artist and he is able to create the loveliest gardens, landscapes, meditational spaces in a remarkably short time. He listens and understands your preferences and desires, and then turns them into reality, His crew is as devoted to detail as he is, and they are proud of their work - and it is well deserved. Our front yard is now admired by the entire neighborhood. We just love it.

Ken Green has provided me with product and service to a limited degree, as I have an established property. However, I have observed his work in the neighborhood and have heard directly from his clients that they enjoyed working with him and were pleased with his good work and competitive pricing. He is very knowledgeable and has presented information and guidance to a group of business professionals to which I belong. Ken is an engaging and energetic person.
