We had our shutters fitted in both our living room and bedroom by James. He was so helpful and polite and stopped for a chat and cuppa. We felt comfortable enough to leave him at home on his own whilst we popped out. The shutters themselves are lovely, they have totally transformed both our rooms. The quality and fit is perfect, we are so pleased with them. Would highly recommend Diamond Shutters, their customer service is great and the quality of their product is as you would expect.

Had my shutters fitted last month and am so happy with them. I couldn’t recommend diamond shutters enough! Great service from start to finish and they look just how I imagined. From booking the initial quote to them being fitted - the contact from the office staff was great and keeping my reminded about appointments and the actual fitting was so quick and no issues at all. Great service and good quality product!

Diamond Shutters was recommended to me by a friend and, having seen how good her shutters looked, I asked them for a quote. We also got a quote from one of the large well known chains and the two quotes were comparable. We had the bay window in our living room fitted with tier on tier shutters and, six months on, we are still absolutely delighted with them. From start to finish, everyone we dealt with at the company was really helpful and pleasant, happy to give us advice and so patient as we made our minds up about what we wanted. The fitters were very quick and efficient, and did a lovely job. They spotted a minor manufacturer fault in one of the panels that meant it fitted very tightly; they flagged it up straight away and ordered a new panel, which was replaced in due course with no fuss. We have saved up to have the same shutters upstairs in the front bedroom and have just contacted Diamond Shutters again to install them for us - and we are getting the same great service. I would not hesitate to recommend them.

We are really pleased with our new shutters not only have they made a fantastic difference to the conservatory and the way we now use the room they're practiclle too. Easy to use and clean. Everyone who comes in makes a positive comment and it's really brightened the room. We now use and entertain far more as previously in a south facing room it got too hot but now it's so different. I would also like to say how pleased we were with the company Diamond shutters who installed the blinds. They were very helpful informative and professional. The fitters too were great on time and scrupulously clean. All in all great value and great service Regards Tony Howard West wickham

Diamond shutters are a company that I would happily recommend. From start to finish the service was second to none. Richard came to our house first to do the first measurements he was funny, professional and very knowledgeable, then came the second person to do exact measurements and then lee and his son came to fit them,they were both perfectionists and respectful of our home. I also had the pleasure of meeting Kevin and Danielle the owners of diamond shutters. We liked our shutters and the service provided so much that we have ordered full length shutters for our kitchen and some for our daughters home. The shutters arrived earlier than expected which was a bonus and we paid what we were quoted.

Diamond Shutters were really professional, reliable, clean, tidy and could not have been more helpful. The salesman taking the measurements was knowledgeable and really helpful and honest regarding the best choices for our house. The fitters arrived promptly and proceeded to fit my shutters with the minimum of fuss. An excellent company who I recommend wholeheartedly.

Diamond Shutters have been brilliant form the moment we walked into the showroom in Sidcup. We recieved a very reasonable quote and as they came highly recommended we didn't need long to decide to go with them. My shutters were installed efficiently with no mess and I'm so pleased with them. Thank you Diamond Shutters.

We were very pleased with the service we received from Diamond Shutters. The quote was very reasonable and the quality of the shutters is excellent. The salesman was very knowledgable and not in the slightest pushy. When I spoke to the office staff they were cheery and very helpful. I was told it would be 7/9 week delivery and would be contacted to arrange installation. Very helpful that they could install on a Saturday so didn't need to take time off work. The guys fitted the shutters quickly and left every room spotless. Five year guarantee too. I would definitely recommend this company.
