Keystone Custom Decks is the absolute best. We had them build a custom deck & patio off our home in Newtown Square PA. The team they sent was very professional, courteous, skilled, kind, experienced, hard working, and meticulous. They took care of any questions or needs we had immediately. The follow up was great & the entire team at Keystone was just a delight to work with. We would highly recommend!!!

John was in constant contact with us if any changes were needed. We thoroughly enjoyed having this crew here each day and getting to know them. They became like family. I can’t forget about our mason team, Nate and Ray. They worked with us to make a few changes to grout color and patio stone without hesitation. Their masonry work is beautiful and adds such detail to our finished product. We can’t say enough about everyone that we have encountered at Keystone Custom Decks. Our finished outdoor oasis far exceeds our expectations. We have recommended Keystone to neighbors and friends and will definitely hire them again for any additional projects.

Keystone have just completed a facelift on our deck - that included the replacement of all the railings and installation of new lights. The outcome is fantastic and better than we imagined, plus the new lighting has added an extra dimension to the space. For the facelift all installation done in a day by a super hard working team. This is a great business and we've enjoyed working with them over many years.

We are so happy with our deck! The final product is incredible, as we knew it would be, which is why we were so confident in choosing this company to complete our project. Everything about the whole process was seamless. The initial quote, the visiting of the showroom, choosing the details, all the details leading up to the team arriving at our home, the work being done, the clean up after: all impeccable! They also updated our portico and it looks wonderful! Reuben and his team were amazing. They came each and every day and worked so incredibly hard, even under super cold and snowy conditions. He always kept us informed, kept us in the loop with each step, and they were even kind enough to wave to my very energetic kids from time to time as they jumped around from inside trying to distract them lol! We treated the team from time to time with coffee and donuts to keep them warm and to show our appreciation! If I could get another deck built on the house just to have the guys back, I would! Keystone built a gorgeous deck with a pergola, inset hot tub, and fireplace for us earlier this year. We have never experienced such a seamless and professional approach by any contractor: from the very first consultation, to the planning and permitting, to the construction phase of the project. Their prices were reasonable, they were very honest about the pros and cons of different materials (instead of just trying to sell us on the most expensive!), and the work they did was of incredible quality. Our project team was lead by Daniel Stoltzfus and was top notch: they were always on time, worked hard, and took extra steps to ensure everything was being done the right way, and were always smiling (even in some freezing weather!). Daniel went above and beyond to help ensure that our hot tub was properly installed, too. We couldn't be happier with our project and would highly recommend Keystone to anyone considering a project like this.

Keystone Custom Decks recently added a new deck to our home, and we are happy to say our experience was excellent from start to finish. The Keystone Team was there for us every step of the way, from consultation to design, estimates, permits, material delivery and construction. The level of professionalism was consistent across all Keystone personnel, from sales to the office team to the skilled craftsmen. We choose the term "skilled craftsmen" here because every member of the crew, carpenters, plumbers, masons, and electricians amazed us with their skill, creativity, attention to detail and passion for their crafts. Communication from Keystone was always prompt and clear. The Team was very accommodating when it came to our seemingly endless questions and design changes. Their work ethic and consistently friendly attitudes made it a great experience for us. We were absolutely thrilled with Keystone Custom Decks! They listened to our ideas for our screened in porch and patio and executed every detail perfectly! They were on time, polite, neat and incredibly hard working! We would highly recommend them!

Keystone just finished the first deck I've ever had built. This company runs like a well oiled machine from sales to installation. The showroom is great and shows lots of options. The quote and design were detailed with a quick turnaround by Ron Yoder the sales rep after his visit to our home. He even gave us great suggestions, which we ended up incorporating. From there we had to wait a few months for the build to start, but they stayed in touch through the scheduling team. The installation team (Jonathan Esh, Steven Beiler and Willie...who last name escapes me) were here 7AM on the dot, and wrapped up around 4PM. These guys completed a roughly 450 square foot deck in 8 business days, including a curved bar, three stone columns and a built-in grill with stone around it. Really nice guys, can't say enough about them. Once we get around to the patio underneath the deck, we'll seriously consider Keystone again.

Start to finish Keystone impressed us. We had debated for a few years about adding a roof to our stone patio. Other companies previously told us that an A frame roof would require removal of an existing window. Keystone came out and explained what they would do and that this type of roof was indeed doable. After a meeting in East Earl, which has a immense and beautiful showroom with countless options, a rendering was presented. This helped us to visualize the completed work. We were ready to get started. They took care of permits, township plans, engineering drawings so that all we had to do was wait patiently for the project to begin. During construction they were at our home bright and early and at the end of the day everything was neatly cleaned up. There wasn't any mess. We have had many contractors work on our home over the years, but the degree of professionalism and meticulous care was exemplary. Merv and his crew made sure everything was perfect. Keystone Custom Decks was absolutely amazing! This summer we took on a very large outdoor project which included an inground gunite pool, paver pool deck, fire pit, paver patio with an outdoor kitchen and bar, and a 20 x 20 covered deck with a fireplace. We used 3 separate contractors for each phase of our project. Despite a minor setback in scheduling due to Covid, Keystone understood the magnitude of our project and how one phase affected the other. They were able to flex their schedule in order to make sure they weren't holding up the other contractors. When the project started it was like poetry in motion. Daniel and his crew were the ultimate professionals and their workmanship was impeccable. Their methodical approach and receptiveness to our input made the project stress free and enjoyable from beginning to end. They traveled 3 hours daily roundtrip to our home and were still the first contractors on site every day. Keystone uses the strongest and best quality materials to build your deck. There are zero short cuts and you get what you pay for!!! We couldn't be happier with our final product. Thank you Keystone Custom Decks!

The Keystone crew that completed our four season room and deck project is what dreams are made of! Elmer, John, and Jeremy showed up each day punctually, polite, positive, and with patience and perseverance during an exceptionally crazy season of life with Covid. No matter what was thrown their way, they kept on working and transformed our space into exactly what we had envisioned. They made adjustments and helped us find creative solutions as needed along the way. We had confidence after our design visits in the showroom with Brad that our project would be well built, but the on-site experience is what truly blew us away. We have never had three tradesmen work as hard, show such attention to detail, or be as approachable and enjoyable to be around. Our property was left meticulous each day and the final product is exceptional. We are so grateful that the experience of building our dream room was completed by this dream team. Absolutely incredible job. Premium in design, installation, service. They have the most incredible showroom in the country - indoor and outdoor. Designers are incredible. No one can come close to creating your dream patio. Please trust me on this. See photos below. Spiral staircase, fire pit made of railroad tracks, lighted glass panels and outdoor kitchen. They did everything that I asked. There is NO challenge that they cant handle. They do it all.

My experience with Keystone Custom Decks was simply best in class. From the very beginning with our initial consult with Ron Yoder to the final last day of the project where the crew was performing a final cleaning (yes power washing and scrubbing of the deck!) the professionalism, expertise, and attention to detail were something anyone would appreciate. We had a very lengthy process to land on our final design b/c we had so many questions but Ron was always very responsive and answered every single question and always had a suggestion in cases where we weren't sure. Our crew of Daniel, DR, and Dave were amazing to work with and I have nothing but good things to say about them and their professionalism and expertise throughout. The extended crew of Electricians, Masons, and Plumber were also extremely helpful and great to work with during the project and helped us with some of the custom installations we wanted. Keystone Custom Decks has been wonderful to work with during all phases of our deck project. Ron came up with some ideas based on our list of wants for a new outdoor space. We worked on those ideas and visited the showroom several times to compare materials etc. The final design was beautiful and fit our needs perfectly. All Keystone’s employees and subcontractors did a great job building the deck. The landscapers prepared the site and landscaped after the deck was complete. The concrete crew and stonemasons were excellent. The building crew, led by Reuben, was superb. Many of our friends are in construction and they all commented on the quality of work and materials. Every person from Keystone was very polite and responsive to any questions we had as the deck and patio were being built. My wife and I highly recommend Keystone Custom Decks.

After getting 4 separate quotes for a roof over our deck we finally decided to pull the trigger and use Keystone Custom Decks. Joe Lehman, our sales rep was always in contact, provided a great 3D presentation and was incredibly professional. The entire carpentry crew of Johnny, Josh and Reuben we’re always on time, approachable, knowledgeable and willing to discuss ideas. We are blown away by how amazing this project looks and so closely resembles the 3D rendering. I honestly can’t wait to use them again for other projects that might come up. Upon embarking on a major home renovation, my concern always was - there are so many contractors out there, am I picking the right partner? Well, emphatically, at every stage I can say Keystone was the right choice and I would choose Keystone every time, if I had to do it again. The process got off to a slightly rocky start through the initial sales cycle, but after hitting the 'reset button', Marv exemplified what good customer service is all about and ensured consistent, quality delivery along the way. Marv walked us through the design process, step by step, and didn't rest until we were 100% happy - balancing costs, functional feasibility and structural design. Now let's talk about the robot-like build... The team of Daniel, Samuel, Daniel/Arlen were machines. The craftsmanship is absolutely impeccable - every board got a level, 90 degree square, etc. - and the structure went up in a hurry. But not only is the team extremely skilled, they are also the nicest of people. Every day/week, they were part of the family: entertaining my kids (they didn't have to), partaking in 'Friday Donuts', teaching us about Amish culture, being team players and keep the project moving (i.e. cutting boards under the tent in the rain after losing a week to rainfall) and ultimately keeping us updated on the overall progress. Manager Daniel, Regular Daniel, and Samuel -as know by my kids - are still talked about weeks later. This crew is has great work ethic, delivers high quality results and doesn't stop until perfection is achieved. Keep it up guys! This is an A-team. Overall, I couldn't have asked for a better experience. Keystone is a fantastic company doing exceptional work. Marv should be happy of the business he has built. Thanks for the fantastic experience. We recently got a new deck installed and I cannot say enough great things about the experience we had with Keystone Custom Decks. The decision to go with Keystone started with the ability to go to their showroom and see the actual materials. It was also a great touch that they were able to do a digital rendering of our design. Once we got the quote and timeline we did not believe they could stick to such a short window to do all the work, but they did exactly what they said they would. The experience only got better once the team started to work. Johnny and his crew were absolutely amazing. They have a great work ethic, pay attention to detail and the communication was fantastic (any item that came up they would explain to me and provide suggestion, as well as kept me in the loop of when they would be there, what they would be working on, etc). Their professionalism was off the charts, my wife and two impressionable sons were at home most of the time when they were working and we felt comfortable with the team. Overall it we had a first class experience and I would recommend Keystone for anyone that is look for a new deck.

I had the pleasure of working with Ron initially, who was incredibly patient with me for a very long time as we worked through design ideas. He presented us 3-D renderings of the project and while that was impressive itself, the finished product was beyond anything we could have imagined. It's absolutely beautiful! Having to deal with some difficult weather over the course of 3 weeks with snow on some days and cold pretty much every day, they showed up early every morning, worked incredibly hard and built the nicest deck I have ever seen. A most excellent experience with Keystone Decks. Joe Lehman sold the project with accurate figures and clear explanation of the material options. We thought we had an idea of the finished product because of the 3d renderings and all other drawings, but the reality far surpassed any drawings.. wow! Extremely happy with our new composite deck, can't wait for spring! From the design phase with Ron Yoder, to the completed project, everyone at Keystone Custom Decks was very professional and polite. Our primary crew members, Josh Ginder & John Stoltzfus, arrived early every day to set up their work area; both clearly master craftsman that took pride in their work. Were it not for the amazing daily progress, we could hardly tell they had been there. The project was completed in short order, they even worked through the rain on one day, and I don't think I ever saw either of them sit down. Highly recommend!

Keystone Custom Decks exceeded our expectations in every way! We had a $100,000+ redo of our front entrance, side entrance, 53 step entrance from the lake shore and a 2 story deck with a spiral staircase. The design work was complete with a CAD design and every detail was planned out in advance. We were on a tight timeline for most of the project which was completed in 3 phases. They showed up on the day agreed upon. The workers showed up on time, every time. They completed the projects on time. They were all hard workers and clearly experts in their field. The organization is very honest. If there is a problem as most projects do, they tell you and work to fix it. Trust in a contractor can be a difficult thing to fine, but not with Keystone Custom Decks. They are the best.

We recently hired Keystone Custom Decks to replace our existing wooden deck with a new composite deck and roof. My wife and I did research two other contractors but after understanding how Keystone Custom Decks operates, it was a obvious to go with them. Everything about their business is "Class A"; from their sales rep, Ron, to Bradley who runs their "world class" showroom, to Matt, Jonathon, and Merv who were the most professional crew we have ever worked with. They completed the entire project in less than two weeks, they cleaned up every day, and they showed up at 6:59am when they said they would be there at 7:00am. Their workmanship was impeccable. We truly miss not having them at our house. It's no wonder Keystone Custom Decks is extremely busy and growing.

The overall process from discovery, design, quote and build was very professional and courteous! The sales representative (Mahlon) was very attentive to our requests and worked very closely with us to ensure the deck met our needs and budget while promptly answering every question we had. The crew that built the deck was very professional, started the job on time and finished it ahead of schedule without any issues even with adverse weather conditions. From our initial meeting with Joe in May to completion of our 16x36 deck and outdoor shower this month, we were very pleased we chose Keystone Custom Decks. Joe was helpful when he came to our house to review what we had in mind. His tips and advice were valuable and the 3D imagery was so helpful in the decision process. We have been so impressed with Keystone Decks: the company, the crew and the workmanship. Excellent. From the design to the final build, we were extremely pleased with the whole process. We really enjoy our new outdoor living space immensely! We had a replacement of a custom (curved) pergola that was rotted out. The sales process was bumpy - I had to reach out to them multiple times to get the quote and contract going. We had a tight deadline, and I was a little worried they would not deliver as promised. Happily, my worried was misplaced. Once they got on the job, they worked quickly and did everything we agreed upon. The end result was a pergola that looked better than the original. I was very pleased with the result and would recommend them to friends and neighbors.

Keystone Custom Decks built an outdoor entertaining space. I call it open air pool hut. Including a tv, fireplace, wet bar. They were great to work with from beginning to end. Will use them again in future.

We cannot say enough about our positive experience with Keystone Custom Decks. When we started this journey we were nervous about the amount of money we were investing in our home to create an outdoor space of our dreams with a new patio and a deck. We met with a few contractors, but Keystone just seemed right to us with the vision and level of detail on what’s best for us. From the moment that Matt met with us and designed the outdoor space, thru to the end of the project, we cannot say enough good things. We worked with Matt on the design and we tweaked it a few times to meet our needs and budget, without sacrificing our must haves. We were so pleased with this phase of the project that we didn’t think it could get better, but it did! When Josh and his crew showed up mid-way through winter we were worried about thaw-lines and other things and they talked with us and explained everything out. Josh and his crew were second to none and we would hire them again in a second. They were prompt every day, worked extremely hard throughout their hours and focused on the project all day long. When I had a question, or wanted to change something minor, it was all done quickly and without issue. They came and worked a Saturday or two when needed to make up for some weather delays. I can go on and on but I think one of the biggest compliments I can share is that two neighbors came over and said they were thoroughly impressed with how hard the crew worked and how fast they finished. The whole building process was 100% enjoyable and we knew we were in great hands. And the final phase was the patio and Merlin and his crew were just the same with their professionalism, hard work and dedication to the project. Merlin’s whole crew went above and beyond and finished the project off quickly and it is gorgeous. The project from start to finish couldn’t have went better and I cannot tell you how highly we recommend them. Were there contractors that were a little cheaper, sure, but I would not hesitate for one second to spend the money to get the deck/patio of your dreams and have it done from start to finish by the best in the business.

We recently hired Mahlon and his crew at Keystone Decks to re-do two decks. When we first met Mahlon, we were impressed with all of the various choices and implications of different materials. He was neither pushy nor condescending. Mahlon provided us with amazing visual renderings to help us picture what the new decks would look like along with his quote. All the pricing was laid out, our options were clear and the terms were perfectly legible. Mahlon provided us with additional design ideas that we hadn't originally considered and we were thrilled to incorporate his expertise into our project. He was patient with us throughout the entire project and communicated thoroughly throughout the process. We decided to go ahead with both projects and were beyond impressed with the professionalism and craftsmanship of our projects. Nate and his crew showed up when expected (which for us was first thing in the morning) and worked all day long through dark most evenings. They were extremely professional with the little hiccups that inevitably occur on big jobs. They shared any concerns with me and handled them correctly. They maintain a serious job site. Every night all tools and equipment were packed up and put away with care for their gear. Never was garbage left around to blow around or trip over. It’s all these little things I point out to show how much these guys seem to care about the job that they do. It all builds up to their serious level of craftsmanship. The result of all of this was 2 absolutely outstanding decks that have transformed our living spaces. There is no question that these are expensive projects, any type of deck work typically is. However, if you’re considering redoing your deck, call these guys up. You will never be so happy to write a check. After doing a lot of research, we settled on Keystone to add a new deck and rebuild an existing deck as part of a backyard/pool area remodel. Keystone's design/planning process allowed us to consider many alternatives before settling on a final plan. Keystone was excellent in communicating and coordinating timing with other contractors during construction. The quality and workmanship of the decks, and the cooperation of our Project Manager, Elvin, and his crew resulted in two beautiful decks that we will enjoy for years.

From the initial sales visit all the way through to the final handshake as the crew left one last time, this project was perfect! We decided to demo, design, and rebuild our deck with the addition of an outdoor bathroom and storage room under the deck for our pool area. Keystone was definitely up for the task and set out to impress us at every turn. Our crew Elvin (project mgr), Sam, Matt, and Ron (sales) were all very personable, respectful, and listened to what we were asking for in our project. More importantly, they were very communicative. Everything was well-planned and executed and Elvin made sure that we were informed of everything that was happening each day or in a followup email. You could tell they take great pride in their work and are true craftsmen. You know how most people walk around each night after their contractors leave, inspecting everything, and no doubt complaining about things? We didn't have that at all. Elvin made sure we spoke at the beginning and end of every day. There were no surprises at all on this project. Everything went exactly as planned. Of course we added a few things as we saw how nice everything was coming along. Elvin, Sam, and Matt responded positively to every addition and worked to make our project perfect. They arrived at the same time, bright and early every day and worked the entire day. This was no doubt the cleanest job site i have ever experienced. It has been two weeks since the project was completed, and we are still taking pictures and showing off our new "baby" to everyone who will listen. I manage suppliers for a living so it is very hard to get a great review from me. Everything was better than expected and made for a showcase deck like no other in my neighborhood. They also came up with concepts that solved problems in the back of my mind - rail design, deck surface, traffic patterns, size, and matching the floor height to the indoors. We had Keystone Custom Decks replace our old, deteriorating deck with a beautiful new deck and screened in porch. The work also included a stone walkway from the deck to a side door on our house. I can't say enough about this company, they are professional and responsive all the way through the project from initial Sales/Quoting to the actual build. The workmen on site were on time every day, worked really hard and were very respectful of the general property while they were working. Everyone was friendly and communicated on every detail to ensure we had the deck/porch of our dreams (and we now do thanks to their efforts). Their workmanship was excellent and they clearly take pride in providing quality service. The contractors that were hired to assist in the work for the pathway and electrical were equally professional and Keystone handled everything. In fact, the stonework was so nice we had them add a patio to project. The craftsmanship was incredible as they took every detail from the plans and translated it into the actual build. More impressive was their resolve, the weather was awful in March with snow, cold temperatures and then rain, but Levi and his team worked through the elements like it was a nice Summer day. We can't recommend Keystone highly enough and look forward to enjoying our outdoor space for many years to come!

Ron made a really impressive presentation when we were searching for a way to replace our 2,500 sq. ft. deck. His ideas were creative and look even better now that the deck is complete. Elvin and his crew were simply outstanding. All the craftsmanship was simply top-notch and everyone was polite and cheerful, even though the project ran over four weeks. From replacing old wood to suggesting a new slider to access our screen porch, changes were handled promptly and with grace. We could not be happier with the finished product that Keystone installed. The schedule was extremely well executed from start to finish. Total construction time was 9 days, and every craft showed up on schedule to complete the work. The quality of work was outstanding. From selection of materials to the ‘fit and finish’, the addition on the back of our house looks like it was built with the original construction; all the way to site clean up - excellent job. Dimmers everywhere! :) Keystone’s construction team… Turner and Daniel, along with Project Manager, Ray Stoltzfus, were simply amaaazing! Not only were they prompt, courteous, with impeccable attention to detail and pride in their craft… they completed our rather large project in under 5 weeks—in time for a planned Thanksgiving gathering with our family! Ray in particular brought every small change/issue to our attention, made on-site design suggestions to enhance aesthetics and functionality, showed options for materials, brainstormed surround finishes, gave creative options for drainage, and made sure the stained wood areas matched just right. We hired Keystone to perform our deck project for our home in Phoenixville. Ron (sales) did an amazing job capturing what our vision was and brought forth a lot of great ideas/suggestions to enhance the final product. They re-created the rear of our home using 3D auto-cad technology. The rendering/design completely blew us away in such an amazing way. We just had an old deck replaced with a brand new deck from Keystone Custom Decks. Every aspect of the process to make our dream a reality was amazing. I am extremely pleased with my new deck! They kept me informed every step of the way. Seeing the sample decks and color options at SWI was also very helpful. Keystone did an amazing job building a deck that fit within our budget and gave us the outdoor living space we desired. They provided 3D renderings of the plan, which made the space come to life. After some minor permitting issues (which they problem solved), they came in and built our ~400 sq. ft space in 6 weeks (the total timeline was a little over two months, but only because of issues on my end). They were also extremely accommodating. We had a birthday party planned for our son in the backyard, and they moved all their building equipment out of the lawn so we could enjoy a water gun birthday. Really well done all around.

This was by far the best contractor experience ever from the very beginning to completion. It all started with Ron who was able to interpret our vision and take that back to the designers. When Ron came back to us with the 3D renderings and video we were amazed. The design captured and exceeded our vision in style, features, and functionality. Then the patience Ron showed working with us to make some design changes, not because we didn't like the design, but to make it work within our budget, was second to none. I know I am obsessive with perfection, borderline neurotic, but Matt always took the time to listen to my concerns or questions. I always expect a few problems with a project this large, but when a couple problems did pop up, I thought it was awesome how the team handled it. Matt immediately brought it to my attention instead of covering it up. The best part, he always had multiple options for solutions. We’d talk about the solutions and he would make any solution work to make the customer happy. The craftsmanship is impeccable. The perfectly straight lines, balanced curves, and miter joints cut to perfection are very satisfying to see for my type ‘A’ personality. You can tell these guys take A LOT of pride in their work. LOVE, LOVE, LOVE!!! We had the BEST experience with Keystone from start to finish and everything in between. Our initial contact was with Ryan and he was awesome. His deck design was amazing. I tend to be quite indecisive and Ryan had a lot of patience. He seemed to know when to offer suggestions and when to let me "think" on it. The communication from the office was excellent - before starting and throughout the duration of the project, we knew who would be here and when. Danny and his crew who tore down the old deck and rebuilt a much nicer, high quality one, were just the nicest people. The deck is exactly as presented on paper and computer designs. Keystone gives accurate designs using pictures of your house so you can see project from different angles on paper/ computer. These designs were very helpful making decisions on finishing touches and colors. The guys were timely each day and work was completed sooner than expected. Site was left clean each day. Absolutely made the right choice of contractors for project.

Keystone Custom Decks built our deck in Summer 2015. We considered a couple other companies and decided to go with Keystone based on the very professional 3D presentation by Ryan Glick of what our deck would look like and the customer service we received even before we were clients. The crew that built our deck was extremely hard working and polite; always at our home first thing in the morning and worked on our deck all day. For two reasons, I'm giving four stars instead of five: 1) our project took longer than initially quoted by Keystone. Our deck is large (735 sq ft), has a curve to it, and is very high off the ground. So, I think they may have underestimated these factors when quoting the project timeline. And 2) we had to follow up with Keystone about a month after our deck was finished due to a swale in the Trex decking. One of the men from the group who built our deck came out to assess the issue and was unable to fix it properly. After some follow up with Ryan Glick, he sent out another person to assess the issue and he agreed there was a noticeable swale. Keystone came back within the week and fixed it properly. Overall, we are very pleased with our deck and we receive compliments on it all the time. Keystone made our idea a reality. From a cost and workmanship perspective, we feel we received a high quality product at a fair price. We would recommend Keystone to anyone in the market for a deck!

Even 6 months after the job, Marv helped to answer some questions i had regrading expanding our deck lighting to other features around our landscaping. Keystone Custome Deck Review: My wife and I decided to replace our 25 year old deck. After thoroughly researching our options and meeting at our home with a few deck installers we decided on Keystone Custom Decks. Marv came out and was awesome presenting the options that we had for custom features with decking, railings and lights for our project. Once we decided on Keystone the process went very smoothly. We used Keystone Custom Decks for a recent deck replacement project. They were very helpful in explaining what our options were for materials, design and cost and made several sensible suggestions that were helpful. They were also patient as we changed our mind on the design several times. Each iteration of design change included quick turnover on a 3-D color model and new cost estimate of the design. They did a great job of communicating throughout the project, the job was done in a timely manner with high quality and when they were finished, the site was cleaned up and looking great. We are SO pleased with our new screened porch and deck. Kudos to Elvin and his crew for impressing a Quality professional with their quality workmanship. Rather than do something then explain later, they asked whether we liked this or that and made suggestions for aesthetic value, convenience or practicality. Any minor glitch -- usually something they weren't happy with themselves -- was addressed ASAP. We had an interruption in construction due to the custom railings we requested, but it had been planned that way so they could be measured, ordered and fitted precisely. The project took longer than we hoped, some delays due to winter/spring weather, but it was worth the wait. Overall, a fantastic job. We would highly recommend them.

We put a 3/4 seasons room on our house. Keystone was amazing to work with. The designer Ryan Glick did a beautiful job listening to our ideas and bringing to life this wonderful room. We changed many things throughout the process, but Ryan did his best to keep our budget in mind. The room has become our favorite place in the house. With the fireplace and wall heater we added we can use it all winter long! We have gotten unbelievable compliments from everyone and have used the room everyday since completion. The job supervisor Elvin and his crew did an amazing job. With his perfection to detail and work ethic, the quality of work is beautiful and flawless and they finished the job in the appropriate time. The crew was courteous and kind, I joked that I was going to miss seeing them every day. Thank you Keystone for creating an amazing place for us to spend time with our family and friends!

Complete confidence in the project from start to finish. By far the most professional team that originally came out to give us a quote and the most knowledgeable. Had ideas for how to make it look unique. Also was able to put in a small trap door so we could still reach out hose and not have to re-plumb the line. We booked them last year and they were out in March just as promised to get my great deck built before a bridal shower I was having at my house. Extremely professional from start to finish - they deck looks great. I was very impressed with the quick responses to communication and highly recommend them!

Had a great experience with Keystone Custom Decks replacing and enlarging our deck and adding a screened-in porch. Ryan in sales was very good in the planning phase, was helpful and patient in working through various ideas to arrive at final design. Work crew led by foreman Gideon was outstanding - excellent, careful workmanship and they were a pleasure to work with. They were absolute professionals throughout the entire process. They built our deck on time and within the quoted budget(even with additional changes that we made during construction).
