We needed a bath vanity with no MDF. Worked with customer service closely and found a good model. Very cool drawers in the AVERY model. No smells and good workmanship. They warn you to examine your purchase right away and everything was in order. We are pleased with the product and customer service. Go, Kelsey and Emily. Thanks from the Youngs.

HORRIBLE HORRIBLE HORRIBLE DO NOT PURCHASE FROM THIS COMPANY!! My $2,000 Vanity was delivered completely damaged. The marble top and wooden vanity were broken. They refuse to take it back and give me a refund. Rude and customer service was awful!! RUN!!!

Vanity arrived damaged and because it was "over the time limit" even though the box was unopened they refused to do ANYTHING to compensate for this $1,000 item. Their attitude is if you've had the item more than a week you are the one that did the damage. Buyer beware! Do not buy from this company! Their claim the vanity is "furniture grade" is also not true. Unless maybe you buy your furniture at Walmart.

Buyer Beware! First I have to say the vanity is beautiful and well made. The problem is it arrived damaged and the company is essentially saying it isn’t their problem. So I am stuck with damaged merchandise. The damage is not major but it is very noticeable and front and center on the vanity. Doing a bathroom remodel is not cheap, and if you are like me you work hard and save your money in order to be able to do it. You can’t help but want to at least start out with a nice, new, perfect bathroom after investing so much. After I placed my order they sent me a detailed list of what to do when the package arrived. It was very thoughtful and organized and gave me a false sense of security that should it arrive damaged they were prepared to deal with it. I followed their instructions exactly (see attached photos of box delivered and damage). The company’s response to the damage is we’ll send you some wood putty and paint and either you can hire someone to fix it or do it yourself, but trust us, it will look like new; and we will give you $50 for your trouble. I literally thought the $50 was a typo. I wrote back and told them that $50 does not make up for the damage so they upped it to $100 and would go no further unless I get an estimate from someone. If the estimate is more than $100 then maybe they will refund it. They are very nice and tell you this like it is the most reasonable and fair thing in the world but here is what they are really telling you… The best we might do is reimburse you for having it fixed (although it will never look like new because seriously how can wood putty recreate the edges on a newly cut piece of wood?). But you need to spend your time to find someone to fix it (because obviously if you even want to get close to it looking as good as new you will need to find a very skilled craftsman), and you will need to take off work to meet with them to look at it to be able to give us an estimate. You then need to follow up and get that estimate from them and send it to us and we may or may not agree to the cost. If we do, you then need to take off work again to let them in to your house and unless they are someone you know and trust, you need to take off even more time and stay with them until they finish. So ultimately, sure you might get a repaired vanity close to looking new, but you will not even break even— it’s going to cost you more than the original price of the vanity and your vanity will never be brand new. I had high hopes for this company and besides their product looking so nice, they market themselves as a family owned business. I wanted to support the little guy instead of the big box store. I already had another vanity selected from them for the day when I save up enough to redo the second bath in my house. Also I work in the interior design profession and was hoping to have a wonderful new source to direct my clients to. Obviously I will never purchase from them again.

Vanity arrived in 1 week, way early! They packaged it real secure. Marble top and vanity were in perfect shape. I highly recommend ordering from them. Quality is even better than I thought. It's heavy, all real plywood and crafted well.

I just received my Madison 48" vanity in white. I was also skeptical ordering online, but trusted the salesperson and I could not be happier! The local delivery driver left it on the sidewalk, but we got a couple of strong arms to move it up into the house. It is a "beautiful" piece and I cannot believe the quality craftmanship on this item. The sink is exactly what I wanted. The price was well worth it! It came from the West Coast to the East in one piece and we are so happy. I would absolutely order from them again.

This place is a joke!!! I ordered a vanity from them and they informed me that, due to Covid, their delivery service could not deliver to my garage, which I completely understand. I asked if they could pull in the driveway and leave it outside (my driveway is quite long and I can not move the vanity down it). I was told no, they could not do this either, but if I wanted to "tip the driver" they would probably do it. This was the most unprofessional response I have ever heard. I immediately canceled my order.

From start to finish, my experience with Kitchen Bath Collection was fantastic! I visited the showroom to view their as-is selection of vanities. They had a fantastic selection - all sizes, designs and colors. It was hard to make a choice! Kimberly assisted me with my selections and helped me pick the perfect vanity (I went with the 48 inch Elizabeth, white and carrara option). When selecting a backsplash piece, I made my selection and went to pay for everything, a gentleman (perhaps the owner?), brought me back out to show me that there was a VERY small imperfection. He then brought out several options for me to choose from and when I said I liked the one with the imperfection, he said it could be filled in with wax and I wouldn't see it. I watched as they used the wax and the small flaw went away. I appreciated the honesty with which they handle their business. They truly want their customers to be happy! Amanda assisted me with arranging pick up of the vanity and was so helpful. The vanity just arrived and my goodness, it's even more gorgeous than I remember! Would absolutely recommend Kitchen Bath Collection to anyone looking for premium product at fair prices -- if you're in the Los Angeles area, their showroom is worth a visit! You get a discount on as-is products and for me, the "wear" was on the side of the vanity that would be mounted to the wall, so it was a total bonus that I got what I wanted for an AMAZING price!

I am a local customer and bought from them a while back. I bought the 30" Abbey for my guest bathroom as a "test" to see how I liked it. It's been 6 months and I couldn't be happier with it! Now I'm looking at the 72" Abbey for my master bath. The free shipping will definitely come in handy!

I was honestly pretty skeptical in purchasing an item this expensive online, especially without being able to see and feel it. I took a leap of faith and purchased it based on the beautiful photos of the vanity and the glowing reviews of this company online. I was so pleased with what I received!!! The marble countertop, cabinet, and overall design and quality of the piece was beyond what I expected, especially for the price. When I was doing my initial research, I found comparable vanities for double the price. I was so pleased with my vanity that I went ahead and ordered two more vanities as I was doing a complete remodel of my home. Just for reference, I ordered the 48" Beverly vanity in Crema Marfil and two 48" Abbey vanities also in Crema Marfil. The customer service from Kitchen Bath Collection has been amazing from the second I placed my order to the courtesy call after I received my deliveries. I am more than happy to share my experience with Kitchen Bath Collection and their products with everyone and also included some photos of my remodel as well =)
