I employed Klimstar, to do an extensive building project on my house, including a very technical piece of structural work extending two floors into my Garden as well as a complete renovation of the whole house. I couldn't be more pleased with the results. Damian and his team worked extremely hard and finished within budget. His crew were very polite and friendly and my neighbours expressed how helpful they had been, in a street where patience with building work has been running thin. Damian and his foreman kept me informed of everything that was happening on site if I requested it. The standard of the finish was excellent, and they have remained available to me since completion with any help I needed. An excellent firm, run extremely well by Damian.

A really great company. We had a huge project done by this firm and we lived in the property whilst it was going on. All the workers were very respectful and really helpful. The quality of their work was superb and the costs were upfront and reasonable. By far the best builders I have ever worked with. Intelligent crew whom I cannot recommend highly enough.

Our project scope was extensive. We preserved the four exterior walls whilst gutting the entire interior of the house. The works included changing the positioning and design of the staircase, opening up the ground floor into the garden, installing a beautiful extension at the back, converting our loft into an office with three sunroofs, forming the entire first floor into a master-suite, and making the three kids’ bedrooms into two large rooms on the second floor. To be honest, initially we were dreading the whole project as both my husband and I have busy working lives. However it was remarkably seamless and stress-free: Damian and his team were both efficient and responsive, and just got things sorted with minimal intervention. When we hit those inevitable road bumps in every building project, we were so appreciative that we had picked Damian and Klimstar. When my husband and I visited the work-in-progress, we could see the precision and effort dedicated to every aspect of the renovation. For example, the tiling in the bathroom (floor and wall) was finished to the highest standard of craftsmanship and attention to detail. The works around the windows, painting, tiling on the ground floor is of the highest workmanship. Not to mention, Damian is supported by an incredibly gifted joinery team. Perhaps what impressed me most about Klimstar is their sense of urgency without quality-sacrifice. Damian got back to me with no delay so I was able to make quick decisions and effective decisions (for example, when my kitchen designer and I stumbled on a critical path which included the positioning of the exhaust fan, I was able to connect with Damian immediately for a quick answer, so that the kitchen can be finalized.) Damian’s foreman Marcin was absolutely brilliant. Great customer-oriented attitude made him an absolute pleasure to work with. He was on-site on a daily basis and we communicated and made decisions via whatsapp efficiently (great for busy professionals!). He and his team were always on-time, worked hard and maintained the highest level of professionalism and managed relationships with our neighbours. As you can tell by now, I couldn’t have asked for a better building team. I wish Damian and his team all the best, and I would be honoured to be his reference going forward.

Klimstar Building helped us to carry out a lower ground floor rear extension and an internal reconfiguration. We had no experience on this type of property developments and having Klimstar on board was very helpful because they were professional, responsive, knowledgeable and added value by suggesting ways to improve the specifications of the project. Even though the project took a bit more time to finish than expected, as Klimstar solve very smoothly many unforeseen problems, I will definitely recommend them.

Damian and his team from Klimstar did a fantastic job renovating our house in North London. It as a complete internal rebuild with new electrics, plumbing, moving walls, new bathrooms and kitchen including an extension. The project also included the landscaping of a new garden and drive, refurbishing the windows and complete painting/decoration job to standards as would be required by interior designers. Damian is very organised and super reliable and his team were very considerate builders and craftsmen, hardworking and friendly throughout the process. Communication was excellent throughout the process. At a later stage, Klimstar also re-tiled and insulated the roof. Klimstar also was on hand in the years after the project to fix smaller issues and help us when needed. We can strongly recommend Klimstar and wold hire them again for a project.

Klimstar were professional throughout our remodel. They were easy to communicate with and were really flexible about arranging catch ups during the process. (We were renting elsewhere whilst renovations were carried out.) We found that if a problem arose they always had a suggested fix and talked us through everything. Klimstar also made introductions for media, lighting and joinery which we appreciated. They ran to time and were swift with fixing small snags at the end of the project too. We would highly recommend this competent, highly skilled, friencly team!

Damian and his team have carried out a very professional and timely project on the extension and total refurbishment of our new house in St Johns Wood. We had several walls knocked down and Damian's contribution saved us quite a bit of money over and beyond that suggested by the architect. We also had a new kitchen, three new bathrooms, new ceilings, lighting , painting and an extension. Damian dealt with an issues quickly and always provided effective solutions. His team willingly dealt with last minute changes and the whole team were a pleasure to deal with. We would use Damian again and again.
