The Best! After doing 4 remodels on 3 different structures, we know contractors and without a doubt, K.M Skelly has been the best. His staff and subcontractors have the skills and attention to detail that have allowed us to end up with a beautiful home. The owner Kevin Skelly is personally involved and demonstrates an impressive level of construction expertise. All this at a reasonable cost and an easy-to-work-with team.

From a small, specially designed, hand carved front door, to a total restoration of a property, my experience with the owner, Kevin Skelly and with every vendor, supervisor and staff person I received outstanding service. Their "can do" attitude starts at the top and pleasantly, and efficiently was reflected in every project and request I made of and with them. It was just a delight to work with these folks...even though the tasks at hand often seemed endless and daunting! I really enjoyed the entire six months they worked in my home. If K.M. I hired Kevin Skelly to completely remodel our master bath. He listenend to my input, asked multiple questions and asked to come back to view the bathroom several times before providing a bid. I appreciated the time and effort he took to ensure that his bid was accurate. While interior design is my passion, it is not my profession. I often don't have the expertise to fully appreciate what it will take to execute my vision. Kevin is patient in explaining the process, keeps me informed on the progress and so far the work has been exemplary. His workers arrive on time every day, clean up after themselves and have been great to work with. We are 6 weeks in and it's starting to look pretty great. During this time, I've hired Kevin to redo our rooftop deck and update all our A/C units. I would absolutely recommend K.M Skelly for any future projects.

K. M. Skelly was really easy to work with. We bought a home and wanted to make it our own. Kevin was the perfect guy to guide us through the challenging improvement process. This is a second home , so we were not around while much of the work was being done. Each time when we returned, the planned work had been done and the home was ready for us. Kevin knows and understands the unique challenges the NM climate and how to build for the long haul. Kevin is a trusted friend who took the time to introduce us to service providers who would help us with future issues. He is the first person we call for advise when anything happens. K. M. Skelly is one of the most important relationships we have formed since our purchase of a home near Santa Fe. They do quality work, on time, on budget, and cause the least possible life intrusion.

Kevin Skelly built my house 8 years ago. It was such a terrific experience that we have remained friendly ever since. It is a modern house with clean lines that demanded care and perfect angles. He and his crew were as demanding that it be right as we were. The house sits on a very difficult site in the mountains without a lot of room to maneuver, yet it went well and with the exception of some weather delays had a timely completion. We had an expert come in at the framing stage to make sure everything was OK and Kevin was highly complimented for his work and he made the small adjustments recommended happily. Kevin and the architect worked as a team, which saved a lot of money and stress and time. Any changes needed were much simpler and instead of reams of working drawings, they were so used to working together that it went without any problems at all.
