We are building a contemporary house on Hutchinson Island. We had our entire plan of 6,500 sf designed by another local Design/Build contractor and had a great dilemma about the flat cement roof waterproofing material along with few other concerns. I decided to take help from the Houzz community and I sent a detailed message to few of the architects who had modern/ contemporary projects posted. I saw KoDA's stunning projects and thought of taking a chance to send him a message as well, not really expected any reply back. In fact, he was THE only architect who responded me and that too within 2 days, on top of it he apologized for the delayed response. I was pleasantly shocked! After few e mail communications he personally called me, discussed my project along with providing me some invaluable guidance and patiently answering our questions. I was in total disbelief. When I talked to my builder and discussed about Wesley's suggestions, he was extremely impressed and said I can't believe any professional of this magnitude and expertise would spend his valuable time. And I am in complete agreement with him. We are professionals too so I understand the importance and value of time. At the same time he presented the highest standards of customer service what his company is promising for. During the entire telephone conversation, I never felt like I am talking to some stranger. He was so easy to talk with and discuss the various points. I wish we had a chance to use his services at some point. I truly appreciate Wesley's help in our project ( that too without any expectations!!!). Kudos to KoDA.

Koda Miami designed a beautiful Master Suite (700sq foot addition), office makeover and outdoor space (patio area and separate pool, BBQ area) for our home in Fort Lauderdale. After meeting with multiple architects/designers we were completely blown away by Wes and his incredible design. Our home is now just about complete and we could not be happier with the service and professionalism offered by the KODA team. Everything passed through permitting quickly and without many changes, delays or rejections from the city. Our contractor has told us multiple times how lucky we are to have found such a detailed, talented architect! Amazing experience working with KoDa Miami. I am the GM of Etnia Barcelona in America. I hired KoDa to lead the project of the opening of our new office, showroom and warehouse space in Miami, FL. The location would be the biggest location on the Western Hemisphere, that would give service to all our USA, Canada and LATAM customers. Wesley was able to really get the vibe of our brand and transmit the color, culture, art and independent movement from Etnia Barcelona into the design of the space.
