Since 2002, K&Z Builders, LLC has been a market leader in building superior quality, new custom homes and remodeling existing homes in and around Richmond, Virginia. Based in Hanover County, we build new homes or complete middle to high end renovations in Henrico County, the City of Richmond, Chesterfield County, Goochland County, and of course, our home base, Hanover County. We strive to take the worry out of building and renovating as we are insured and licensed Class “A” Contractors. Because we are a small, local company, building or renovating an average of 16 – 20 homes per year, we are able to focus on YOU and your decisions in the building or remodeling process. Both of our owners supervise each job from beginning to completion and take great pride in creating your custom home.
