Artisan Kitchens and Baths

When my wife and I decided to renovate our kitchen we contacted several contractors and was given several different price quotes. After long consideration and discussion with my wife we decided to go with Artisan Kitchen & Bath. Though Artisan had the highest quote we received from all the other contractors we chose Artisan because of Stephanie. She was not only Artisan's representative, but their designer as well. We made the call and set up the appointment and Stephanie showed up at our door right on time. She was very professional and courteous . She asked us if we had a plan in mind as to what we would like done to our kitchen. We explained to Stephanie that we wanted a more functional kitchen and told her our idea of the lay-out along with the type of cabinets and counter-tops and flooring we wanted. Stephanie took measurements and pictures of our kitchen and told us that she can create a computer generated model of our new kitchen so that we can get a better visual picture of what the actual kitchen will look like after the completion of our renovation. Stephanie told us that it will take about a week to create this model but she would have to charge a small fee for the time and labor that goes into creating this model, which is completely understandable. My wife and I paid the small fee and a week later Stephanie was back at our home with laptop in hand to show us what our dream kitchen will look like. I just want the reader to know that no other contractor even offered to do this, which in my opinion is a game changer and best seller! To have a visual detailed look as to what your dream kitchen is going to look like will know doubt seal the deal and that is exactly why we chose Artisan Kitchen and Bath. Stephanie explained in great detail the history of the company, the names of the carpenters who would be doing the actual work and installation and approximately how along the project is going to take. The project did take longer to complete that was written in the contract, but that wasn't the fault of Artisan Kitchen and Bath. It was the company that were building the cabinets. I would like to take this opportunity to give a big shout out to Berr and Jay who were the guys that did all the work. These guys simply put were totally awesome. Not only did these guys have incredible craftmanship skills, they were extremely nice and courteous and answered any and all our questions. They even came up with ideas to enhance the some of the features. Kudos to you guys for a job well done. My wife and I are extremely pleased with the workmanship and professionalism that Artisan Kitchen and Bath has done for us. Remember that old "cliche" you get what you pay for, in this case "Yes" we paid top dollar, but in the end we did get the "Dream Kitchen" we always wanted in our home, so thanks to Staphanie, Berr and Jay and the rest of the team at Artisan Kitchen and Bath for making our dream come true.

We had a wonderful experience working with Jessica at Artisan Kitchens and Baths on a remodel. We purchased a ranch in December 2021 that featured a lot of late 90s light oak, laminate and a lot of unnecessary walls. Jessica helped us design our dream open concept kitchen and an enlarged primary en-suite bathroom. She did amazing digital cabinet layouts and flyovers that helped us envision the space. She recommended different cabinets at different price points that suited our budget. We also utilized Artisan to get a full GE Monogram appliance package. They helped us take advantage of a deal that got us a free dishwasher & microwave. Artisan coordinated delivery and installation with our contractor. When there was a hiccup with the countertop slab supplier, Jessica stayed on top of everything and made sure that we got our original design choice as soon as it was available. I’ve posted some BEFORE and AFTER pictures here with my review and I think you’d agree it’s a stunning and modern transformation. Thank you, Jessica and Artisan!

I highly recommend using Artisan Kitchen and Bath! I worked with Jessica and from our first meeting she guided me through the process with a calm, cool, kind and honest demeanor. Her professionalism and confidence, yet sensitivity to the vision I had was amazing. In early 2020 my wife and I decided on moving forward on a long overdue kitchen renovation. We both love to cook and having an efficient space we could both work in at the same time was of primary importance to us. Also, of great concern was maintaining the character of our 100-year-old home. We met with Jennifer of Artisan Kitchens and Baths in early March to initiate the process. Right from our first meeting we felt a certain level of comfort with Jennifer that only grew as we got deeper into planning the remodel. Jennifer took the time to understand our wants, needs and the “look” we were comfortable with. Her inherent knowledge of materials, textures and colors made what we thought would be an impossible decision-making process quite easy! Her onsite visit provided several initial design layouts and after much weighing of the pluses and minuses to each, ultimately morphed into the design we settled on…a total remake of our kitchen, dining room, back hall and powder room. Although, Artisan will provide information for select contractors they have worked with, we chose a company referred to us by a close friend. We could not be more pleased with how well Jennifer and our contractor were able to resolve those issues that always surface whenever you deconstruct and rebuild an old house! The “winning” design opened a dark, cramped kitchen into a room bathed in light from the adjoining dining room and what was once a back hall. The efficiency of the new space is remarkable! We can both go about our food prep tasks without getting in each other’s way. When dinner is ready, we sit at a new peninsula opposite an art glass window – amazing! In addition to product selection of cabinetry, hardware, flooring, tile, etc., Jennifer was also instrumental in providing guidance in our selection of lighting and coordinating paint colors. So, what did we get after a nearly 4-month (from demo to completion) project? A high quality, warm & inviting, incredibly functional kitchen/dining area with plenty of storage that feels like it “belongs” in this house. The transition from the living room/sunroom through the hallway/powder room area to the kitchen/dining area is seamless – quite an accomplishment! If you are looking for a proven professional to assist you in your remodeling project, we highly recommend Jennifer!

First, we are SO in AWE of our kitchen and bathrooms designed by Jennifer. Our kitchen and 2 baths project included knocking down walls, installing headers, and updating our space to be more functional for our growing family. Jennifer from Artisan Kitchens & Bath delivered that, and SO much more. We cannot recommend her enough. We reached out to Artisan Kitchen and Bath and met with Jennifer, an interior designer at Artisan who met with us several times throughout the process to understand our needs and our dreams. She was amazing throughout the design process, everything from multiple layout options to helping us pick out tile, cabinetry, appliances, and hardware that met our budget, even finding us a contractor that fit our budget and timeline! Of course, the pandemic changed our original plans, and we had to pivot and adjust. Jennifer was the calming force through it all during all of the uncertainty (even when supplies were backordered due to the pandemic and we had to adjust design plans). Finally, construction was able to start back up again, and Jennifer was there for all of the bumps along the way. She is so professional, easy to talk to, and so knowledgeable about design spaces. We are so glad we trusted her to go outside of our comfort zone in some of the design spaces – our house now feels SO different, yet it's home. We can't thank Jennifer and Artisan Kitchens & Bath enough. Run, don't walk to get your kitchen or bath designed by Jennifer!

We contacted Artisan Kitchens & Bath in March at the start of the pandemic. We were hoping to get a project completed by October 2020 knowing that was a tight timeline in the current climate. We weren't sure how a kitchen could be designed during the quarantine. We were paired with Jennifer, an interior designer at Artisan who met us virtually through zoom. We showed her the space and discussed what we wanted out of the project. She guided us through a list of photographs and measurements that she needed. Within a short amount of time, she was able to present us a mood board, cabinet/counter/floor/appliance/hardware recommendations and multiple design layouts. The design layouts were on a digital software that allowed us to visualize our future kitchen very easily. She was extremely responsive and helpful and guided us on most of our decisions. We particularly are grateful for her guidance on our countertops, cabinets, and layout. We told her what we liked in a countertop with limited information and ended up choosing the first option she presented. It still stuns us to this day. Artisan helped to pair us with a contractor who fit our price and timeline. The contractor did not work for Artisan. Our contractor started and completed our project before our deadline. We now have our beautiful dream kitchen. We had very few headaches along the way and would strongly recommend Artisan and their designer, Jennifer Hutton.

We decided to do a kitchen remodel (and major mechanical upgrades) to our home in December of 2019. We met with Jennifer at Artisans Kitchen and Baths. The design and first hard choices about cabinets and counters happened quickly. Jennifer is a very knowledgeable and talented designer...her ideas were right on target with what we are looking for. She helped make other critical choices and found unique and interesting products to match our requests. Demo started the day before the state closed down for the pandemic! But we pushed ahead and couldn't be happier with our covid kitchen remodel...or our decision to work with Jennifer and Artisan.

WOW, we don't even know where to start but let us just say that Jennifer H and Artisan Kitchens and Bath were saviors during our kitchen renovation. Not only did Jennifer take us out of our comfort zone and design one amazingly gorgeous kitchen, that we love so much, she was there with us and for us every bump of the way. We had an A-typical renovation that saw so many major bumps along the project. Jennifer was right there and provided help at every step. Jennifer is so professional, knowledgeable, easy to talk with and overall a great person. You can tell Jennifer takes amazing pride in the work she does and it clearly shows. We HIGHLY recommend Jennifer and Artisan Kitchens and Bath for any design and kitchen needs you may have!!

JENNIFERS REVIEW Started this remodel at another kitchen design studio, thought I liked what they designed but I figured I should get another opinion.So I called ARTISIAN Kitchen and Baths and Jennifer Hutton answered the phone. We made an appt.for her to come measure and we met sometime shortly after that. Well, I thought I knew what I wanted , until Jennifer came up with a completely different idea that I never even thought about at all. First, I would have never come up with this idea myself, and it was a great one. I told Jennifer I love to entertain and she used that idea and ran with it. I kind of knew what colors I wanted, but she helped me coordinate everything to look amazing. I now have a beautiful and functional 8 foot kitchen island, we took a wall down so the kitchen goes right into the dining room. I now have the appliances I have dreamed about, and my kitchen gets wows, every time someone new sees it. Jennifer always got back to me in a timely manner and everything ran quite smoothly. I would recommend Jennifer and her team including Jeff the appliance guy, I now have the kitchen I always dreamed about. Jennifer thinks outside the box, not just cookie cutter designs.

We are so pleased with Artisans Kitchens and Bath and our designer, Jennifer Hutton. Our 1969 pink tiled bathroom was in desperate need of a complete overhaul. Prior to our meeting with Jennifer, we felt a bit overwhelmed and intimidated with the thought of renovating our main bath. Jennifer completely understood the vision we had for the space and through her guidance, helped us to feel confident in the materials we were selecting to complete the job. I also want to note that anytime we had a question about the materials we ordered, or even how this entire process would go, start to finish, she was there to walk us through it. Literally, if not right then, within minutes she was available to answer any question we had. This entire experience working with Artisans and Jennifer as our designer has been so positive, and we look forward to using this company, as well as Jennifer, when we renovate our kitchen in the future.

We enlisted Artisan Kitchens and Baths for our kitchen remodel, and we are so pleased with the result! Our old kitchen layout needed to be reconfigured to allow for better traffic flow, more storage, and modern upgrades. Our designer, Jennifer Hutton, presented us with several options, and made tasteful design & material selections. Our expectations were exceeded, and we are so happy that the final result is a perfect balance of function and style!

My kitchen and dining area, including the removal of a wall, were long overdue for a makeover. I knew this would be a big job. I had a very rough idea of what I liked, but no true designs in mind. Since walking into Artisan for my initial meeting with Jennifer Hutton, I have been so impressed and grateful for her ability to create my dream kitchen. She gave me options and her process of helping me choose cabinets, countertops, colors, hardware, sink, etc was systematic and purposeful. The time she spent with me was always productive and the end result is beyond my wildest expectations! Jennifer and all the professionals I encountered at Artisan come highly recommended, based on my experience with them and my new kitchen.
