L 3 Construction

L3 Construction was a LIFE SAVER for me a few weeks ago. I had purchased a new patio door from Renewal by Anderson and when they came to install, rot was found around the door (it was pretty extensive). They stopped all work immediately and told me I needed to find a contractor to fix it prior to finishing the installation. They said they would send me a list of contractors that they have worked with in the past, however I went out on my own and contacted L3 Construction to see if they might have any time over the next few weeks (fully understanding how busy all contractors are this summer). I was so happy to hear that they had someone that could come and look at my situation that day! The next day they had a team onsite and had the issue resolved that evening. Their craftsmanship is top notch and the area was left in perfect shape for the installer from Renewal by Anderson. I was able to get my patio door installed later that week. Without their quick response, I would have been left with a patio door boarded up for several weeks. I can not say enough about their work, their response time, and the attitude of their employees.

Working with L 3 Construction on our bathroom renovation was a great experience. I would choose to do future projects with them. The estimate was on point. Great craftsmanship. They were very cleanly during the project. The project finished timely. The team was polite. Our bathroom is beautiful.

We hired Chip to install our maintenance free deck and were absolutely thrilled with the results. We met with and received quotes from 10 companies before making our final decision, and definitely feel that we made the right choice. We chose Chip because he demonstrated the best combination of professionalism, quality of work, and price. Chip was punctual, reliable, and we feel like he delivered real value with his end product.

We were very happy with L3 Construction. We hired them to replace our current rotting deck with a new maintenance free material. They worked hard to get it completed within a timely manner, made sure all safety requirements were met and we ended up with an exceptional finished product. Would highly recommend L3 Construction.

We had a water leak in our basement and weren’t sure of the cause. We just knew the basement floor and wall were wet and getting moldy. We called Chip and L3 construction. Chip came and assessed the damages and gave us a fair quote. He helped us work with our insurance company in and in the end the whole clean up, sheet rock and new flooring and paint was covered! Chip and his team were professional and helpful and great to work with. They far exceeded our expectations and we will definitely use L3 construction in the future.

Great work ethic! Couldn't ask for a better team to work on my bathroom! Super competitive prices (best in town) and Chip's foresight to save money by reusing items or finding great deals on things was more than appreciated. Besides doing the work he was hired for, there were other issues he needed to correct also and was upfront, honest & made sure the job was done right!! Can't ask for anything more!! Highly Recommend L3 Construction to anyone who asks!!

Chip has helped us with many projects. If you're wondering if he can do it.. he probably can! He is honest, reliable, and does great work! I would not recommend anyone else.
