Dreamscapes has now done two jobs for us, and both times they have done absolutely phenomenal work. Jacob (the owner) is super friendly and responsive, and every member of the crew has been thoughful and kind. Their prices are reasonable too, especially given the amount of care that they put into every aspect of their work. For the first job they regraded the lower portion of the back yard (which was a hilly nightmare), added drainage out to the street to alleviate the marshland the yard became in the winter, and did all new hardscaping (including a fire pit). It was a ton of work, and they rocked it out pretty quickly (and were quick to get in contact when something needed to change). I'd had a vision in my head for what it would look like, and every single aspect of it turned out better. More recently, they installed a two-level pond with some waterfalls in the back yard, complete with lighting, a raised seating area, regrading the surrounding landscape, and enclosing a strange drainage trench that runs along the back of our yard. As soon as we could after it was done, we've basically spent every sunny moment we've had back there, relaxing by the water. We have other landscaping things we'd love to have handled at some point, and I would hire Dreamscapes for them again in a heartbeat, and I don't know how to recommend anything more strongly than that.

We worked with Dreamscapes for two backyard projects - terraced vegetable gardens and a complete redo of a builder installed patio. We couldn’t be happier with the results! The crew for both projects was great - always showed up on time, worked hard (even through a rough December/January), and cleaned up the jobsite every day. Most impressive, however, is the attention to detail. They really think of everything! We made some changes during the course of the projects and the updated quotes were detailed and accurate. We did not use a landscape designer for our projects and we were very grateful for Jacob's vision and suggestions. Because they are a smaller operation the staff seem to wear many hats and it can take some time to get a response to questions if you are not an active project. That said, it doesn’t detract from the quality so it is worth the extra time. I think we’ve run out of projects but if anything else comes up we will definitely work with Dreamscapes again!

Dreamscapes Landscape and Design replaced our 32 year old deteriorating landscape timber retaining wall with a stunning new structure using Mutual Materials Manorstone concrete wall blocks. The new main wall features a beautifully executed angled stairway and lots of added seating area. The work also included terracing part of the sloped property with an integrated second wall, and regrading and re-sodding the lawn, finishing the look with new mulch. Richard and his team did an outstanding job executing the design, demonstrating craftsmanship, attention to detail, and professionalism throughout the project. We were also impressed with the care they took in keeping the jobsite clean and safe each day. Jacob, Crystal, and Jonelle were equally great to work with, keeping clear communication on the planning, logistics, and business side of things. While Dreamscapes was not the cheapest option we entertained, we felt confident going in that they would do the job right and we're very happy with the quality of the results.

I highly recommend Dreamscapes. Jacob Tate worked with me to help design the retaining walls I wanted replaced. He listened to what I wanted from a design aesthetic and then made excellent suggestions on the materials and layout. Once the Dreamscapes crew was onsite to perform the work, they were a consummate group of landscape design professionals that did a beautiful job on the retaining walls with quality craftsmanship throughout the process. They left the job site cleaned up every evening and were friendly and professional throughout. I am looking forward to working with them on Phase 2 of my landscape projects next year.

Dreamscapes did an excellent job of performing significant maintenance of a very large, pervious paver driveway, which involved removing, cleaning, and replacing the gravel between the small pavers; throrough cleaning; and application of a sealant. When one of their subs did not perform, Dreamworks stepped up and made sure the project was professionally completed.

Dreamscapes have excellent personnel to perform the work required, removing all the area required, building walls, intricate pathways and planting trees. The work took 4 weeks and they were excellent.

We had an excellent experience working with Dreamscapes on our backyard remodel. They responded quickly to our initial inquiry and came out to discuss our ideas for the project. Jacob was professional at all times and immediately understood what we were looking for. He made recommendations we hadn't even thought of that really improved the overall design. He was considerate of our budget and worked with us to bring our dream to life without breaking the bank. The work crew was fantastic- friendly, dependable, hard-working, and skilled. It was thrilling watching the progress each day! The end result is more beautiful than we'd imagined and the quality top-notch. The artistry in the details (including cutting pavers to wrap around boulders along the pathway) was very impressive. Dreamscapes were fantastic and very professional from bid to completion. The project was a complete renovation of the backyard including removal of all grass, relocation of trees and regrading of the entire area. The team did a fantastic installation of irrigation, french drain, boulders, pavers and flagstone and the result is outstanding. Dreamscapes Landscape & Design has done two major projects for us. Jacob and Crystal are wonderful to work with. Rick and his team again did a fantastic job. Rick is a true artist. He has an eye for detail and is a perfectionist. The project was completed on time and within budget, and again as with the first project, the whole team exceeded our expectations.
