Your Space Refined, LLC

I'm a professional interior designer and I've owned my own firm, Your Space Refined, LLC in Rochester, Michigan since 2007. I have a BA degree in Interior Design from Wayne State University, and a MS degree in Human Resources from Central Michigan University. My business model is formed around making interior design more approachable. People don't live in museums and they should not put velvet ropes around their rooms. Comfort is key to really living in a space. Design is all about your lifestyle; how you want to live. I offer one-day interior design, using the furniture, art and accessories you already own. I do consultations (general, color, space planning, art/accessories) that take a few hours and I do larger projects, like kitchen remodels. All my clients receive a written design plan that they can either follow on their own, or work with me to shop, bring in contractors and manage the project for them. I have a good eye for seeing how a space can work for a client and we design it together to ensure that the space reflects their tastes, their wishes and their lifestyle. I don't have a store-front business. My office is in my home, and I work with clients onsite. I have a list of preferred vendors and contractors who I trust to handle any project, large or small. I specialize in residential design, but have experience in designing professional offices.
