We hired Legacy Design for a remodel of our first floor, including an addition. The entire team was professional, conscientious and meticulous in their work. We met with several contractors prior to making a decision. Mike and his architect came up with the best solution to meet our needs. Mike is an excellent communicator and scheduled all phases in a timely manner. His employees are respectful, knowledgeable about their trades and take pride in their work. I highly recommend Legacy Design & Construction!

Full kitchen remodel, all downstairs floors replaced, all door opening were widen. Mike, the contractor/owner was on site at least 3 times a week and always checked in with his crew when not onsite. The crew was professional and always cleaned up the mess at the end of the day. The remodel is absouletly beautiful. Our nieghbor hired Legacy after seeing our wonderful remodel.

This was our first remodeling experience and didn't know what to expect. The job was to completely remodel the upstairs hall bathroom - taking out the tub and replacing it with a walk in shower, new bathroom floor, new wall tiles, new vanity and medicine cabinet. Mike walked us through each step of the process and gave us invaluble help in choosing the design of the new bathroom. He stayed within our budget, completed the work on time and his sub-contractors were polite and professional. Without reservation I would recommend Legacy Design & Construction.

We remodeled our hall bath. It was a complete down to the studs and rebuild. The proposal for the work to be done was very clear and therefore there were no surprises. We are very happy with the results. All of the subcontractors were very good and everyone respected our time and space while this was in process. We would highly recommend Mike and his team at Legacy, and in fact we are already planning our next project.

I had Mike with Legacy Design and Construction work on a Kitchen Renovation and window replacement at my house. Have to say that I'm am very very please with the result. It exceed what I had vision in my head. Mike pay attention to every aspect of the project no matter how small it might be. His little touches here and there bring the whole project to the next level. He is always on site and maintain a very clean and safe work site. People that he used are top notch. He take pride of his works and will take care of his client anyway he can, highly recommended.

We contacted Mike Pudlik the owner of Legacy Design and Construction to give us a proposal for a long overdue kitchen remodel. We were immediately impressed with his professionalism and honesty when discussing the project. As with most projects it expanded in scope, however always by our direction. Mike was terrific; he stayed actively involved all the way through the project providing input and guidance every step of the way. The kitchen looks absolutely fantastic, truly exceeding our expectations. We also had a half wall removed, added new hardwoods throughout the kitchen and family room and relocated the door from the garage to create a new laundry/mudroom. The transformation of the entire space is amazing. The trade professionals that Mike brought into the project were all true craftsmen, they took pride in their work with attention to detail and the client experience. We could not have been more impressed with the professionalism, workmanship, and overall project management of Mike and his entire team. .

My wife and I had been waffling for months on having our kitchen professionally remodeled. We had heard so many contractor horror stories. But after seeing the job Legacy did on our neighbor's Master suite addition, we took the leap and contacted Legacy about our project. Legacy remodeled our kitchen this summer and we could not have been happier with both the process and the final product. No question, Legacy will be our go to for any future home design/remodeling projects!

We're working with Legacy on the remodel of 2 bathrooms. Having worked with Mike and his team on other remodel jobs, we're certain that this new project will be as well done as our other projects. Legacy consistently comes through with professional, exceptional workmanship and their attention to detail and ability to work with clients needs and schedules is always excellent.

A few years back, we had hired Legacy to completely gut and rebuild a main bath on our 2nd level. It was perhaps the first time where a remodel projects was done without a hitch, start to finish and totally exceeded our expectations. We rehired Legacy to completely redo our kitchen, dinette, 3-season porch and powder room on our first floor in fall 2014. Ceramic flooring throughout was replaced with oak hardwood, the layout was completely changed to our wishes, requiring the move of gas lines, plumbing drains from the 2nd floor above and 220 electric service, addition of ceiling LED can lights, under the cabinet LED lighting, replacement of main electrical supply to the house, new Bertch cabinetry, Cambria countertops, all new appliance (installation coordinated with Abt Appliance crew), plumbing fixtures, etc. A major project to say the least. Mike and his expert crew found solutions to difficult challenges that present themselves when you open up walls, and in the end, we have space that is incredibly more efficient, beautiful, functional and livable. Once work began, consistent progress was made, coordination of subcontractors was seamless (from our perspective at least) and Mike kept us up to date of every next step. His recommendations for replacement of items was balanced by his respect for our budgetary constraints. Without question, we will continue to use Legacy in the future and are currently preparing for roofing repairs and window replacements. This is an expert contractor that does work correctly and truly cares about the finished product and satisfaction of his clients.

We met Mike at Legacy approx. one year ago at a home improvement/remodeling show. We wanted to update our baths first and maybe later do our kitchen/family room. The design suggestions looked great so we went ahead with the bathrooms. They look fabulous and the layout makes the upstairs like new in this 40+ y.o. house. We went ahead with the kitchen/fm with a open concept. The resulting additional space combined with our dream kitchen layout continues to put a smile on our face. The quality of carpentry work is top-notch. All the subs for plumbing, elec, etc. are the best I have personally dealt with. His team has been with him many years and they won't call it "finished" until you are totally satisfied. We are so happy we found Legacy Design for our remodeling project, we have nothing but praise for Mike and his team! Now the majority of our house is basically like new so we won't be moving for a very long time!

Legacy remodeled our kitchen and we were very pleased with the design, workmanship, attention to detail, attention to our wishes and their willingness to answer our phone calls and questions. We always received immediate responses and Mike was physically present and in charge. We learned to trust, and enjoyed working with, Michael Pudlik and his contractors. The cost was detailed in the contract and did not change. We later hired them again when we needed new windows for the whole house. We are pleased to recommend Legacy Design & Construction.
