In January 2019, the business was acquired by Jahan Trevena - an experienced building engineer, draftsman and building surveyor. He is also trained in fire and civil engineering and has worked as a registered building surveyor and auditor for large engineering consultancies such as Sinclair Knight Mertz, Napier and Blakeley and Bruce Hollioake & Associates. He is also the founder of the successful building surveying practice, Lighthouse Building Permits, with offices located in Ballarat and Horsham.
