I will help you be prepared with a floor layout of the conceptual design and 3D visual of your project, interior surface finishes of your choice, A and B options for budgets, idea of what the time line should look like for the production/construction process, an awareness of hidden costs to be prepared for... and idea of the budget it takes to see your project happen successfully. My back ground in general contracting and project management, along with designing and remodeling homes, assist me in helping you create the reality of your dreams. My Mission.. My goal is to always have a professional, collaborative, solutions-orientated approach to planning your personal space whether it be home or business. Knowing how to effectively design, develop, and implement a project from start to finish is critical for on-time and on-budget completion. Strategy is about doing the right things, and implementation is about doing things right - both halves of the equation are essential.
