We recently completed a bathroom remodel with Lisa-Marie and to say her service is an asset would be an understatement. Lisa-Marie’s talents are limitless, from reconfiguring a floor plan, choosing materials, getting those materials into your home expeditiously, to communicating with the contractor and all the workers and listening to you the homeowner and your concerns. She is very creative yet practical, which is a good combination. At the onset she asked about our likes and preferences and she chose materials for us to select from based on those preferences. It was incredibly time saving. Lisa-Marie’s fees are very reasonable and she she keeps you updated regularly. She is a very pleasant person to work with and skillfully handles all facets of her job. Our bathroom is most certainly a “Silver” creation and we hope to work with Lisa-Marie on future projects.

Lisa-Marie Silver is the best. She has helped us entirely up date our home. She is able to select furniture and décor that looks great, but keeps you in your budget. We have had nothing but compliments on our home. She is highly reliable and easy to work with whether it be remodeling a kitchen or bathroom, or selecting exterior paint colors. Lisa Marie was referred to me by very good friends that have used her services numerous times. I am so glad I called her and have had the pleasure of having her help in my remodel and update of my home. She is the most caring and sweet person not to mention talented in her field. Her fees are reasonable; and she is always punctual and can help you in any project you wish to undertake. I've worked with many interior designers over the years; Silver's Creations and the company's creator, Ms. Silver, are the best on the planet! Ms. Silver is so knowledgeable about styles and trends; and she knows how to make your own tastes work in any house or decor. She has provided me with "the best of" everything from custom-designed furniture to "Pottery Barn" pieces; kitchen appliances; house painters; and more. And she has worked with me to renovate a 6600 SF Mediterranean-style house, and now a 4500 SF Traditional/Contemporary-style house, both of which reflect my own tastes so well. I will always consult with Ms. Silver, whenever I have an interior design challenge!

I needed help with 2 rooms, 1-I needed to pull together my living room and 2-remodel my bathroom. Lisa-Marie gave wonderful advice and guidance. In the living room we chose paint and new window treatments, and rehung the artwork...I'm very happy with the outcome! The bathroom remodel was really helpful. Lisa-Marie looked at pictures of what I liked, and helped me pull everything together: tile, mirrors, light fixtures, floors, vanity. She worked with my contractor, and, critically, helped me get ready--we purchased practically everything before the contractor started. She really helped with the details and with communicating with our contractor. Everything looks wonderful!

Lisa Marie was wonderful to work with! She helped me design/decorate a beautiful home in Manhattan Beach. She is very friendly and professional in her approach. She listened to what I was trying to create in my home and always came back with ideas that I moved forward with. She is very creative and really streamlined the process for me. Lisa-Marie of Silver's Creations is wonderful in every way. We started with a small "paint color" project which led into a full house renovation with L-M. Just the paint color consult alone resulted in a huge transformation in the feel of our house - we had no clue as to how to choose different colors in the house and they all seemed to clash in tone/hue/shade. L-M solved all those problems, provided excellent painter referrals. After that she provided other referrals for flooring, a creative general contractor for the kitchen, electrical, ceiling/drywall, closets/org spaces, tiling, exterior paint colors/accessories. She educated us in so many ways on maximizing the resale value of our house and we were able to sell it after a few years within days and a bidding war. In our new place, she chose paint colors for our "sad" little kitchen giving it an awesome fresh look which minimized its "dated" aspects (it's a rental so we wanted to freshen it up without too much cost) and staging our wall artwork. L-M has also helped our other friends do an amazing transformation in their homes too! She is incredibly well connected, gifted color-wise, and talented function-wise.

Lisa-Marie Silver and I met through work. I had several pieces of furniture from my grandmother that needed to be reupholstered. Both pieces sat on mahogany bases and Lisa-Marie found the tradesman in Gardena, CA who pulled apart the sofa and chair and refinished the bases. The next stop was Larry St. John's showroom where we selected a new style of sofa that would be built on top of the existing base. Because the couch was originally from the 1920's, the base was narrow and we had to compensate with a higher back so the sofa wouldn't tip over when a person sat on it. When we agreed upon a design, Lisa-Marie provided a wide range of fabric selections for the sofa. We settled on a deep forest green with a raised pattern. Large pillows helped to "lower" the height of the back and then we found burgundy accent pillows to complete the new look. The chair was upholstered in another shade of green, and again, because of the narrowness of the base, we had to find a chair style that would work with the newer chair designs at that time. It's been nearly 10 years since this project was completed, and several cross-country moves later, these two pieces are still the showcases of my living room.

Lisa Marie at Silver's Creations helped our family be the liaison between us and our general contractor during a recent extensive remodel. This was imperative as it kept the ball rolling with momentum and brought in other contractors for bids. She was respectful of our cost and time and was pro active in finding alternatives that saved both. I appreciated her keen eye and attention to detail as we not only remodeled, but had custom cabinetry and furniture made along with the whole redecorating process. Our project came out fabulous and we were very happy with her services. We would definitely refer her to friends and neighbors.

We have worked with Lisa-Marie for several years. The qualities are that Lisa-Marie has brought to our working relationship are almost too numerous to list! Simply, we love working with Lisa-Marie! We live in Westchester, in a house that was originally built in 1944, purchased in 1982 and remodeled in 1990. We are both educators and by no means wealthy. Here are some of the reasons we believe that our relationship has been so successful: • The price for her services are very reasonable in relation to other designers. The same goes for her subcontractors. • She is extremely easy to talk to and makes the design process fun! Think HGTV in your own home!! • She is always very professional: prompt, communicative, enthusiastic, and she follows through to the completion of each job to perfection. • She treats the work as if it were being done to her own house. • Lisa-Marie never imposed her style or any specific style on us.She is very respectful of our personal style, having helped us clarify that style over the years through a variety of questions. • She does a great amount of research ("leg work") and has consistently presented us with tons of options for each of our projects! Lisa-Marie is particularly skilled in color selection. That was our initial struggle as we started to redecorate. Her guidance was so wonderful that we extended it beyond paint color to a variety of areas. Just to mention a few of your projects in our house: • New paint in our existing master bath and bedroom made those rooms appear as if they were remodeled. • New carpeting, which she chose to compliment existing wall color and furniture in our family room, stairwell, landing, and three bedrooms. • New paint colors and coordinated sheer draperies and hardware in both living and dining rooms. • Reupholstered/ recovered furniture in our living room; new reading lamp, coffee table, custom side table, area rug • New paint, tile, colors, and custom shower curtain and coordinated Roman shade in our guest bathroom • A completely refurbished kitchen, which involved some construction (non- bearing wall/ doorway) new quartz counters, back-splash, floor tile, woven window shade, and while she helped us save money by maintaining the current cabinetry, it was expertly painted with new hardware, so that it also appeared brand new! • Exterior home paint colors. • Initial plans have been discussed for our next projects: refurbishing the main downstairs bathroom, garage storage/ laundry room. These projects have provided us with a beautiful home for which we continuously received compliments- we hear how warm, inviting and comfortable our home is for friends and guests!

Silver's Creations helped me on my first home and I was so happy with the outcome I used them on my second home. Which was a down to the studs remodel that included numerous exterior architectural features as well as interior design. The house is now complete and I love it! Highly recommended.
