Lisa Roth Landscape Architect was hired by the KB-1 Trust last year to master plan the site, restore the gardens, and enhance the landscape of a 62 acre historic country estate it owns and has for sale in Chester County, Pa. Her design expertise and in depth knowledge of plantings appropriate to the period as well as deer resistant low maintenance shrubs resulted in an excellent result. She produced the design and documentation very quickly, put together a budget and bid package, set up the contractors, coordinated all work on the site, and produced a great result. There are blooming plants, changing colors, and interest throughout the year. In summary, we found Lisa Roth has great depth of expertise and experience and helped not only create a beautiful setting for the historic structures, but worked with the exterior contractors in coordinating restoration work to achieve a well integrated plan. We were very satisfied.
