Lisle Architecture and Design is a boutique firm in North Carolina with offices in Wilmington and Raleigh which offers design and construction services for commercial, public, institutional, and residential projects. Since our inception in 1998, we have focused on providing high quality and comprehensive construction services to our clients to meet their needs while introducing them to new and inventive solutions to their problems. We were the first firm to complete a LEED Gold project in the Cape Fear region and understand that our design decisions must be made in a manner which fosters environmental stewardship while also meeting our clients’ budgetary needs. Our goal is to provide good quality design coupled with efficient construction administration and our track record of repeat clients and referrals for the past 13 years has proven our ability to deliver such services. David brilliantly redesigned our beach house. We had open minds going into a full renovation but he opened our eyes to possibilities we didn't see! We want to spend every weekend at the beach now. Stepping into our new home is like walking into a beautiful spa- it is hard to believe it's the same home. We love David's design and his assistance throughout the project was indispensible. He kept a sharp eye to be sure the plan was done perfectly. We can happily say that it was!

In every instance, Mr. David Lisle and his staff have excelled at providing meaningful suggestions during the design process, working with our contractors during the construction process and offering meaningful and beneficial advice throughout the process. I cannot rate the professionalism, courtesy, knowledge and support Lisle and Associates offer highly enough. Having worked with David and his team on numerous occasions I have been very impressed with his ability to not only create pleasing architectural designs that meet and exceed the clients desires but to also turn them into well constructed and functional homes. They provide a high level of detail and are able to articulate that detail through their plans and renderings is what makes working with David so special. We have had the pleasure to work with Lisle Architecture for both personal projects and business related projects. In every case David and his team deliver excellent results. Many years back Lisle architecure redesigned our personal residence for an extensive addition, which turned out better than I could have imagined. More recently David designed a new (Dream Home) for us that fit our lot perfectly. Throughout the building process, David helped us make critical design decisions and was always available to answer a multitude of questions. Building a new home is stressful and David Lisle and his staff just made the whole process seamless. All we had to do was verbalized our vision and David created exactly what we were dreaming of.

David's architectural and Ashley's design services are second to none. My wife and I started out with a big challenge for David (to turn the eyesore of the neighborhood into a place that we would be happy to call home), and he rose to the occasion and then some. The work product was second-to-none, and we keep coming back with new projects whenever we have a need. Ashley was a delight to work with as we gutted our living/dining/kitchen area, and she helped us create a space that our family loves to spend time in. The team at Lisle Architecture and Design is the best in town, and we can't recommend them highly enough!

Kommentiert: Are the windows double hung or casement?This house has a mix of casement, fixed, and double hung. We do a lot of work in high wind coastal zones and double hung works fine - the window manufacturer is the biggest thing to worry about.
