Paid $2900 for fire table. 5 visits to repair and 3 tables later I am still left with a cracked firetable after less than 2 years. Told that they will no longer back their product.

Service was great, they know their product. They carried a good range of brands so not just all wicker. Prices are in line with other vendors but I found I liked the products they carried much better, in my opinion its just better quality.
Furniture arrived exactly when expected and Liz came out and gave us a bit of advice on setup as well as care and maintenance.
Fire table took a bit longer than expected. They seem a bit busy in the spring, likely their busy season, so it was a week or so longer then their outside estimate. Once they set the date they called ahead to arrange exact time and were on time and service and setup was great.
I would definitely recommend them, just give them time, and they will do right by you.

The service was extremely poor. Delivery was delayed by several weeks without explanation and twice cancelled on the day of delivery. Dealing with the company was a very unpleasant experience. I would definitely not recommend purchasing from them. Overall very poor service.

Asked Springline Designs to come in for a repair. A moving/delivery company destroyed one of the corners on a brand new concrete fire table/fixture. Moving the many hundred of pounds table again was not an option. Springline came in quickly within a week, very easy and flexible to schedule, friendly, and quick service. They even added the sealant to the whole table again and made it all uniform -- looks brand new. They even put me in touch with a gas fitter after I had trouble finding one in my area. Great service. A+, would recommend to anyone.

Our sales reps love these tables. Very high quality firetables with high quality burners. They have lots of deisgn options and colors available.

I happened upon a photo of a 6-foot long Springline Designs fire table while perusing Houzz on the internet. Given how the size, shape, features and color choices all seemed to meet, or exceed, my wants and expectations, I contacted Springline Designs by phone and requested a "call back." A short time later, at 7:00AM PST, I received a call from Shane. Shane Spring is the owner/founder of the company and I found him to be friendly and good-natured. He took the time to answer my questions about their manufacturing process. Right then and there, I decided to purchase a fire table just like the one I had seen online at Houzz. Shane put my order into the "rotation" to be built and then scheduled the delivery of our 475 lb. table (from Surrey, BC to Naples, FL) to coincide with our arrival on a 4-day vacation. It was only 3-weeks from the date the order was placed, to the date of delivery. Everything with Shane was handled smoothly!
Three weeks later, a day after we arrived in Naples, we received a call from the shipper and delivery was scheduled. Unfortunately, from the moment the trucking company took charge of our shipment, things went awry. The fire table left the factory well-crated in two wood crates that were attached to each other; both crates were well marked "This Side Up" and there were many stenciled arrows that clearly indicated the way in which the crates were to be handled and/or situated on the truck. When the delivery truck arrived, it was immediately apparent that the two crates had become separated as only the base of the fire table was present.
After calling the shipping company, I was told that the 2nd crate, which contained the table-top, was lost in-transit. The shipper said, "We'll find the crate and deliver it as soon as possible." The 2nd crate was located 7-days later in Atlanta, and was eventually delivered (after we left Naples) and placed in a garage at our home. Unfortunately, the crate had been badly mishandled by the shipper. When we returned to Naples a month later, we found the crate had been delivered upside down and the fire table was damaged. We were heartbroken...but not for long!
You can judge the quality of a company and its dedication to customer service when bad things happen that are not to be expected. I contacted Shane, sent him digital photos of the damage and explained what was really a very complicated situation. I want it to be perfectly clear when I state that Springline had no fault in the shipment arriving damaged! Shane listened to my concerns and he immediately put my mind at ease. Shane did 3 things: 1) he worked all of the issues out with the shipping company, 2) he scheduled the immediate production of another fire table, and 3) he shipped our new table to Naples! No hassles...and no sleepless nights wondering what the outcome would be. THAT IS QUALITY CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!!
Whether you speak with Shane or Liz or Miykayla, you will find the Springline team to be friendly, always professional and the epitome of "customer-centric"! They also manufacture a terrific product! There is no doubt that we will be enjoying our Springline Design fire-table for many years to come.

I just purchased a fire pit from Springline Designs and did not have a great experience. If you do wish to buy from them do not pay the full price up front when you place your order. Wait until it is installed and you are completely satisfied. My order took almost 6 weeks to be delivered after constant emails and phone calls from them that it was just getting another coat of paint, or they didn't have staff to deliver, on and on. When it was delivered it was not complete. The lid was missing so I covered it up for 2 days due to heavy rain and ended up with permanent marks from the plastic cover I had used to protect it from filling with water. I was advised they would replace the top which took another 2 weeks of constant promising. When I got my replacement the fellow who installed it was very pleasant but I immediately noticed streaks all over the top. He said he would come back "sometime when he was in the area" and touch it up. I called the office and asked them to just bring the old one back as it was better than the replacement.

I have worked with Springline Designs twice to provide my clients with Outdoor Firepits and both times they were prompt, professional and provided great customer service. They have a beautiful product with custom finishing that meets and exceeds my expectations and my discerning clients.
I will work with them again for future projects.
